“Product and price good. But the delays!!! Delivery time stated as 7-14 days but was 5 weeks- the delivery company seems to wait until they are coming to the area so held on to our goods for 2 1/2 weeks before delivering and there was nothing we could do about that. We live quite near London so not exactly the Outer Hebrides! So very disappointing service overall, our project very delayed because of it.”

“We were not informed of delivery date it turned up out if the blue. Good job my husband was here to help driver. For what we paid quality of wood was poor. Warped and damp. The main bits did not havevore drilled holes leaving my husband to negotiate how to drill a whole at an angle. Instructions were so small . Paid far touch for this item that wasn't even pre treated”

“I ordered a BBQ on the 25/03/2021 due to be delivered on the 26th of April. On the 5th of May i contacted for an update. Garden street had received the wrong BBQ's from supplier. They did not tell me I had to contact for update. On the 5th of may I was told an imminent container was due. I then pushed further for a date and I have currently been told it is the end of May. Terrible service having to chase for updates and constantly provided misleading information.”

“Waited 5 weeks. Item lost in transit twice, helpful customer service but they didn't manage to resolve it so asked for a refund because they seemed incapable of actually arranging t get it delivered as promised. Customer service not alwyas good at following up complaints with a reply”

“Item was listed in stock, after over two weeks hadn't arrived, so messaged and told it takes 20 working days, not just 20 days. When it still didn't arrive after over 4 weeks (20+ working days). I messaged again. After a few days they responded with it will be another 4 weeks. So they took our money and still have not delivered our shed. I guess we'll see if it turns up at the end of the month or not. Wouldn't recommend.”

“Phoned to confirm the gazebo was in stock and paid over the phone. Was told delivery would be 7 to 14 business days and it arrived in 5 so couldn't ask for more. Very helpful, excellent product, would use again”

“I have given a 3 as the main issue, from what I can tell, was the delivery company. I received a text to say they had arrived - the had not Both my husband and I tried to call Garden Street, no answer all afternoon and no ansfone. I sent an email and they were delivered at 9pm the following evening with the plastic packaging ripped and two bit broken. I sent photos of these and after two or three days my email was returned - by this time I could not be bothered to deal with the company by email so left it”
