Ordered item beginning of april. never received my order and still waiting on refund. they are even lying on this site, saying they have a live chat option, which they don't, and don't even try to phone them now. Thank god for Covid so they have something to blame for their ignorance and stupidity

Ordered shed over a month ago. Have heard nothing since. No answer on phone number. No response to emails. I understand Covid19 has probably caused delays so I waited 1 month before attempting to chase for update. Poor communication and 0 customer service.

Thanks for asking me for a review but my order hasn't arrived as yet. I am hoping for a delivery later this month and can move the star rating towards 5!!. Kind regards Graham

We placed an order WEB129161 worth about £1600 on 29th May. We have had one automated email reply to a request for information about our purchase but no personal email, no telephone response and no information from your delivery company. It is now the 18th June and we have no product but you have our money. What do you think we feel! It is doubly impertinent that you ask for feedback before you have done anything to deserve it! There is no delivery!!

I am surprised that I have been asked to write a review when the product has not been delivered and nor have I been given a definitive date for delivery or a tentative date for one. Both of my emails to the company have been replied to but not answered my questions. You can't phone them. It goes on to a pre-recorded message saying that due to the lock down staff are working from home and can not take calls. Contact through email only. Thoroughly disappointed with the service.

Ordered a shed on 20th April with a 10 working day turn around. After many many emails asking where it is - today (18th June) got a email to say you were unaware there was a problem with the order. That despite the fact you had replied several times saying it was being investigated. Shockingly bad customer service. You have now said it is out of stock! You can't blame covid for this poor job! Refund requested and I'm looking else where. Would never trust this company again.

After 3 weeks and me chasing them for my delivery date of 7-14 days I was told the item wasn't picked from the stock and hence after I had enquired they found this out and hence had run out till next delivery in 4 weeks time. A joke, very poor handling and communication. Since cancelled the order and booked a keter via Amazon Prime for delivery in a week.

Terrible, still have not received the item after 1 week overdue now and no one answers the phones or emails. Where is the bike store I ordered..... it said it was in stock? Would not recommend.

I have spent £899 on a pergola which has NOT been delivered, despite the delivery company saying they had delivered it. I have spent over two weeks chasing garden street and asking for answers but keep receiving “we are investigating this” answers. I have been offered no refund, no answers, not even an apology. I will be taking legal action.

Appalling service. Have had almost £1,000 of mine for a couple on months now and nothing delivered. They don't answer phone calls and take over a week to respond to emails. When they do respond they give you another delivery window that has been missed. No customer complaint details on their website so no idea how to get our money back. Go elsewhere!

poor customer service. I was sent the customer review questionnaire before I have the goods( two steamer chairs oder value £1,150.00). Order placed with garden street on 25th May. I chose them because they had them in stock with delivery in 5-10 days. Currently over three weeks since order. Online advice "still processing order" but money taken in full at time of order. I have sent emails requesting an update but nothing. Terrible service. Over promising.

Poor. No customer service. I ordered a fairly expensive shed which had missing parts. Due to the Corona crisis garden street don’t accept calls (makes no sense to me) and they aren’t relying to emails either. So basically you will be paying online, receiving a poor incomplete product and have no chance at getting a refund or speaking to customer service. I would recommend buying from a proper company like B&Q or Wickes.

Placed order. They took my money out immediately but it’s now three weeks later I have had absolutely no contact from them about delivery and no sign yet of my garden furniture. Not impressed.

Ordered £2.5k worth of garden furniture in mid May, at the time of purchase I was advised half my order was out of stock and new stock would arrive mid July, however they would deliver what was ready to dispatch ASAP, a date was arranged but nothing arrived, unable to communicate with anyone via telephone, therefore had to wait for them to respond to my email, which took a week, only after I advised them I would cancel my order. They informed me they were awaiting info from their warehouse regarding my order, I advised them I would give them 48 hours to respond otherwise I was cancelling my order, I received a response within a couple of hours advising me the items in question were damaged therefore asked me if I wanted to cancel my order, which I did, surprisingly, I received a refund that day. However today the so called damaged goods arrived at my home, I obviously advised the poor delivery guy that I would not accept them and sent another email to this company advising them of their incompetence. Throughout this experience I took into account the extraordinary circumstances we are facing but this was farcical and the worst customer experience I have ever experienced I would prefer to give this company NO stars

I am still waiting for my refund of items you said you had in stock, then after three weeks I had to contact you to see where my items were, to then be told you never had them in stock, and would not be available until September. I asked for an immediate refund, which has still not been processed. It's a shame you don't have minus stars on your review page. You are the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to do business with. Hilariously you still send me an email asking ' how you did'... Appallingly.. in case you care!!!! I will be contacting the trading standards office, and the police to let them know of your fraudulent actions.
