I have yet to receive the bench cover I ordered on 22 May (it is now 11 June). What can I say?

Dreadful experience. So far I have only recived half of my order. On contacting your company I was told they had no record of me ever ordering from them. I have since sent proof of my order only to get an extreamly rude reply and still no actually help. I'd advise anyone who wants to order from this company to check out comments on their fb page. Pretty much all comments are about people not receiving what was ordered. If I'd seen this prior to ordering then I'd never have used them in the first place!!

Still waiting for goods a month later. They said it’s been delivered but I’ve been at home isolating the whole time. In my account it says awaiting despatch. Clearly they’ve took my money and no goods supplied. They now aren’t answering my emails after I asked for an amicable resolution to this. So next step trading standards! Not happy!!!!

Order placed on 10th May. Then informed item was out of stock after taking money. Now says item despatched on 3rd June. 8 days later and still no product, no trasking no and no repsonse to email sent 4 days ago asking where it is. I appreciate you are busy but your customer serice is non-existent. WEB order no 124790

How can I write a review for a product I am still waiting for? Have been advised there is an issue with the supplier. Emails have been responded to, refund offered, but I’d rather have the item I ordered

Horrendous company. Uncontactable , no response to e-mails, won't take phone calls. No goods still 2 months after ordering.

Been waiting almost 2 months for an item they clearly do not have. Cannot phone them, no response to e-mails. Awaiting a refund. Customer service is horrendous. I would not recommend this company.

DONT EVER TRUST THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE UNCONTACTABLE, DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS AND HAVE NOT RETURNED MY MONEY !

I put an order in with this company on 23rd april to which I still have not received after spending almost a grand (which they happily took) They do not answer the phone and do not respond to emails, it’s seems you have to chase constantly to get anywhere.

Garden Street has let me down badly. I ordered a garden set 6 weeks ago and parted with over £1700 only to be told (after I chased on a number of occasions) the set was no longer available. I gave them a chance to rectify their appalling customer service by offering to accept other sets but because they were a little more expensive they said no. Do not use this company, they don’t answer the phones, refuse to call and hide behind the coronavirus. They are very happy to take money upfront but have no interest in customer care. If I could have voted them zero I would have.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY My order turned up damaged - chipped, scratched and faded. I suspected that it was perhaps an ex-display product as it was in such poor condition. I immediately took photos and emailed the customer services team for a refund. I had to chase up for a reply as they initially ignored me. They said they would arrange collection. TWO MONTHS LATER, after multiple emails and phone calls , the couriers turned up - WITHOUT PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS TO ARRANGE A DATE/TIME - on the day of my grandmother's funeral - we had just got back after a stressful land emotional lockdown funeral. TWO weeks later, and I am STILL waiting for my refund. I am fed up and regret ever buying anything from this dodgy company.

No communication on an order, with a delivery time of 1 to 5 days. It's day 5 and it's still showing as awaiting dispatch on the website, the phone number is an automated answering machine constantly, and nobody is responding to email. If you cannot manage orders right now, then please stop advertising goods for purchase on the website. I am now £179 down and still waiting for a response on when my Bistro set will be delivered. I am just happy I purchased on my credit card, at least I have some protection, but honestly, awful service when you purchase something on the internet and hear nothing back, when your money leaves your bank and I still have no reply or product!

They have lied and lied about my order promising delivery and pretending it’s the shipping Basically have taken my money with no attempt at filling the order Beware read trust pilot I wish I had

Was happy to take almost £1000 deposit for the order, to receive an email 4 days later to say my order was cancelled as the item is no longer in stock and now a refund will take a further 3-5 days. Went back on the website to see the furniture I purchased was still showing as 'In Stock' Does not answer the phone

I received the Bunbury set after one week of ordering. Brilliant. We noticed the table had a wobble straight away and contacted garden street. One foot missing and damaged tube. The next day we realised the sofa had 2 feet missing on one end. Didn’t wobble but uneven. Contacted garden street again. Each time I email I have to wait five days for a reply and it has now been 3 weeks and we still haven’t had a replacement. They want to send replacement feet now but I would have to take staples out to put feet in and one of the tubes is damaged anyway so wouldn’t be able to put anything in it. All I ask is for the table and sofa to be replaced. I didn’t pay to bodge up, I paid for a perfect set and I expect that. Still waiting for a reply for replacement.

Products arrived damaged and late. Company has taken weeks to get back to me, keep getting an email saying they are checking with their warehouse, what are the checking? You cannot phone them. I have agreed to send back shed which had several parts damaged. Very poor customer service.

Really disappointed with Garden Street after returning a garden parasol to them, which I had to pay for (not free returns), the couriers lost the item in transit and refused to reimburse my costs, I had to do all the chasing to no avail, consequently Garden Street, would not refund my money £117.00 as they had not received the return. Please always check what the terms and conditions are when ordering and use companies that pay for the returns.

Ordered an item in April, still not delivered and the customer service is shocking. I do appreciate the Covid situation but why advertise and let me purchase an item you are unable to deliver. Wish I could speak to someone to complain
