Had to return faulty furniture over a week ago but despite 3 emails to them I have had no reply to confirm that they have got the goods or when I am to be refunded. Next stop Trading Standards.

Appalling service from this company. We ordered a garden dining set one month ago and having chased them on numerous occasions I have just received an e-mail saying sorry, there was a problem with our stock allocation and the product has been sold out. Customer service is so important and this company has badly let me down. There is no excuse not to keep customers informed and I am deeply disappointed in them.

Shocking customer service.... no contact with us regarding updates on our shed unless we contact first... 6 weeks later and still waiting for an update or delivery.... no excuse to not keep intouch!!!!!

Shocking customer service! I realise we are living in unprecedented times but that does not mean that basic customer service should be affected. We ordered a gazebo knowing there would be a long lead time, upon contacting Garden Street after the expected re-stock date we were told it would be with us "soon". It randomly turned up with no warning and considering this was a 40kg item it would have been good to have actually received some indication of a delivery date. Upon receipt one of the pieces was damaged and we contacted the telephone number immediately to be advised it would be dispatched either the same day or next day. We have now been waiting over a week for a replacement so our Gazebo is sat on our decking unable to be erected. Telephone number provided just goes to an answer machine and stock answer coming from Garden Street "things are running slowly". Looks like this company is shop front for many other businesses so they just pass the blame. As a small business owner myself, I think it is abundantly clear that this company puts profits and sales ahead of customer retention. I would not recommend using this company.

I have placed and paid for a garden shed in April. The delivery date was within 14 days. After this time period passed with no contact from Rowlingson I contacted them to find out if my order had been placed as it hadn’t arrived. After a further 4 days I received an email to say that due to current situation it was now between 21 to 28 days. When this period passed with no communication I contacted again to find out what was going on. The latest is we are so busy we can’t give you a date. The website gives some really good products to buy but before paying over your hard earned cash maybe phone them directly as you could be waiting a very long time.

ordered a shed, waited a month ( depsite website saying 7 days) for a planned delivery, due 25.5.20 was Itwas not delivered, no communications. I have emailed. No response. Not able to make telephone contact with company. AWFUL ! I need a response please to know what is happening and still waiting. so disappointed in this as have paid in full company. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE MAKE CONTACT ASAP, have emailed a few times. order ref WEB 120241

Awful service. Delivery didnt arrive, have waited over a week for progress on order. No one answering phone calls or emails, despite emailing daily and leaving my number. Do not use this service.

I get that We're on lockdown and things may be delayed. However the service or lack of from this company is appalling . I ordered a shed in April. They took my payment quick enough (over £400) but ive yet to receive my delivery. You cannot call them as they are not answering their phones. My emails remain largely ignored and the two times they have deemed to respond to me it has been with a generic "response" from their warehouse with no information provided. Oh and yet they were also quick to email me and ask for a review. I want to know whether this company is going to deliver my shed or whether they have stolen my money. Either way dont use them. absolutely rubbish customer service . im disgusted

AVOID! Don’t expect a resolution if you have issues. Expensive bench arrived, broken with parts missing and rusty. 4 weeks later am still waiting for them to collect the be collected. No refund in sight and takes a long time to get any replies to email. Will be opening a dispute with PayPal in the hope I get my money back.

ordered a Rowlinson St Tropez canopy. the quality is terrible. when we got in touch (via email as GS phones just don't work) they were initially helpful. I suspect the cost of shipping, and the realisation that all their stock was poor meant they didn't get back in touch. Eventually forced to open a credit card dispute to get them to respond. They still haven't spoken - just shipped us more poor quality parts to replace the broken ones. Shall definitely avoid Rowlinson products and Garden Street for now.

Ordered & paid for garden furniture, got fone calls at 9in the morning for days saying it was getting delivered , nothing arrived , excuses were there was a label mix up, lies ,when the delivery arrived omg what a mess the chairs were in all bent to bits, even the driver took fotos , but don’t know who is to blame , 24 emails in total and all I got was an offer of £60 off , what a joke , not heard anything now in 4 days to get it uplifted and a refund , wish I had read the reviews before I bought from this company ,

24 messages to them , orderedgarden furniture many weeks ago , was getting fone calls from delivery company at 9 nearly every morning saying it was getting delivered, but nothing then the delivery came omg what a mess the chairs were in , eventually got email offering £60 off , what a joke it was £550, again still waiting on email & refund , unbelievable,

I ordered and paid for a shed on Saturday May 16th. On Tuesday 19th, the Garden Street website said that the ordered item was in stock and available. Wednesday, 20th, I received an email from a third party stating that the item wasn't in stock. I tried to call Garden Street but received an answering machine message that they are not answering calls. I sent an email requesting a refund as the product isn't available. They have neither responded nor called me on the number given when I ordered.

Very disappointed still no date for receiving garden furniture and ordered in April. Keep being told carrier will contact me. Now at the point of issuing a chargeback.

My order was lost/forgotten/ignored. Telephone service has been switched off. If you are still waiting for your items, don't bother: they are not coming.

Bad service and can’t get through to company, I bought a wallstore and it arrived in terrible condition. Company were horrendous to deal with, took weeks to come back with poor response. Bought many items from them but they couldn’t care less.

They lost my order and there was no update until I chased. Eventually they said the item is out of stock after 3 weeks of ordering. My whole project was put on halt because of them. Waste of 3 weeks time.

Ordered 2 garden heaters and promised delivery between 7& 14 working days We are now on the 14th working day and despite at least 3 requests to advise I am no nearer knowing Shambolic and will be arranging a refund
