I ordered a parasol. Payment was taken and order confirmed. The following day Paypal refunded the payment and Garden Street sent a cursory email: "This is confirmation that order ****** has now been refunded." No explanation and no apology. Not impressed and wouldn't use again. Happy to accept that item had run out of stock even though they had confirmed the order but bad manners and poor service are not acceptable. They are now asking for this review on something they failed to deliver!

Still no response on email or Facebook after asking and providing order number both myself and my wife are trying to get answers just want a refund now

Took the money. The goods never arrived. When I chased them up they said there was a picking problem & the item was now out of stock I wonder when t hey were thinking of telling me that! Still waiting for a refund. Very unhappy

Ordered 2 garden loungers; which were “in stock”, only to be informed after I’d paid for them that they were out of stock. Had a message 3 weeks ago to say that they’d be in touch in 1-2 weeks, heard nothing yet. Dreadful.

We ordered a garden furniture set which was delivered on the 19th May minus the table which was apparently damaged in transit. Since then I have repeatedly emailed Garden Street and received several replies telling me they will verify with the carrier, however we still have no table over a month later and I’m still waiting for any kind of useful update. Very disappointing. I just want my table!!

Waited an age for the product to be shipped, I’ve contacted the company 4x within 2 months asking about my purchase, with no answer each time. I would not recommend this company and will not be buying anymore products from them. I’ve still not received my purchases upon writing this review.

I was really unhappy with garden street. They wouldnt respond to any emails even though they had read them. Poor customer service. If your order was going to be late have the decency to let your customer know. I have a very sadly 4 year old who didnt get the birthday present he really wanted. You never had the stock in country in the first place. If you had been honest with us and managed our expectations then we might of waited but got fed up of waiting to no replys and lack commumication. Poor poor customer service.

Ordered and paid for a garden dining set only to be told several days later via email that they had the stock numbers wrong and it wasn’t available. Very disappointed

Disappointing , not had any return emails asking about delivery of my item that was placed weeks ago . I still have no idea ! Now finally receive an email with no order details asking me to review GS. Tried calling as well and get diverted to sending an email. Poor communication 😞

Damaged bistro set delivered in inadequate packaging. No phones as not diverted during Covid. Late to respond to emails, don't give a name. Second damaged bistro set arrived/rejected. First not collected. Still waiting for an adequate response with large box blocking hallway. Not recommended.

Ordered a garden mini shed (not cheap) and after waiting a month told that I would have to wait another 5 weeks as the supplier is out of stock. Garden Street should know what stock levels are before taking orders. They also take the money up front.

I am really disappointed and disgusted that you ask me to write a rating of my product, I ordered it on the 26th March and still haven't received it no contact from any of you whether your working from home or at the business you should contact your customers and keep them informed

I have bought a 3M Grey Garden Parasol from Garden Street.co.uk, which stated on the website that was IN STOCK and available for delivery !! They then sent an email stating delivery would be about 14 working days from order placed 31/5/2020 so placed the order & they took our money. This was fine, but it is now 16 days, having sent numerous emails in the interim so thought I would call for an update - they are not taking phone calls! So I thought I would have a look at their website to see any up to date information, and found my grey garden parasol is no longer in stock, although they took payment for it 3 weeks ago! I would like to be contacted & at least offered some sort of compensation or an alternative for the inconvenience or full refund TODAY 19/6/2020!!!!! Frustrated with their generic emails stating they will reply in 5 days !!! I am now really worried that this is a scam and will be contacting Trading Standards in their area if I don’t hear from them within the next 24hours ! Be Very Careful Buying from this Company!
