“The delivery company used DB Freelance, unable to deliver, the order confirmation says “The driver will assess the property layout upon his arrival and deliver where most suitable, in most cases this will be where instructed. “ Several alternative days offered all “too restrictive “”

“Item arrived within specified time but was damaged. I have emailed within the requested 3 days to notify you as per Ts and Cs but have had no contact back. I have tried multiple times to call but am told to leave a message but the mailbox is full. I have contacted via twitter but have had no contact back. Good price, nice garden set but awful customer service!!!”

“Terrible customer service. Had bin shed dumped on the doorstep on 17th April with no warning. One of the packages was damaged and one was missing. Arranged a collection and the missing package turned up. Tried to arrange for the broken piece replaced but after speaking with about 20 different people its now 7th May and no collection and no broken piece replaced. Spoke to collection agency and they can't collect till MAYBE next week that's 1 month since ordering. I'd advise to ho to Wickes. £15 more but a MUCH better service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!”

“Going into the second week and still the missing parts have not been delivered. Still no contact from Garden Street. A £1000 of garden patio sunshade that we still cannot use. Dreadful customer service. Avoid.”

“Be warned this company has no idea about customer care and will put up a brick wall if you want to return something. My simple advice is spend your hard earned cash elsewhere and get treated with a bit of respect rather than an inconvenience.”

“I ordered £1000 of garden sunshade. Missing parts result in being unable to use. Contacted company twice and still no resolution. They blame their supplier. I have an expensive sunshade I cannot use. Would not recommend and dreadful customer service. Avoid.”

“What has happened to your lovely company?! In previous years it has been so easy to order paint from you online. This time, you don't recognise my address - even though I've put it in several times, do not respond to the chat line - instead, suggesting I might join your mailing list and company website! And I am still no closer to ordering one litre of your lovely peacock paint! Oh dear!”

“Horrific doesn’t even deserve a star customer service was socking and spoke to my partner like sh*t we bought a shed thinking this company was a reputable company but turns out they just want to take your money and don’t care for what happens to there product in the recent storm we had in late November 2021 we anchored it properly but the plastic brackets broke and they refuse to give us a refund or help us we are a young couple just starting out in our new home so £600 is a lot of money to lose”

“My good GOD!!! We ordered in MAY 2021… It’s now the end of September 2021. We hear absolutely nothing of our £1,300 order!!! We have chased and requested updates to be told they will check and get back to us… we then hear nothing Really starting to think this company is a con?? Has anyone actually received anything purchased within year??! Shocking customer service- we obviously can’t comment on the product as it has been non- existent…..”

“buyers beware! bike stores do not fit larger hybrids and certainly not three, as stated on web site. refused a refund as, guess what, we built the store only to discover will only take one bike at an angle, and so apparently we are not entitled to refund Huge waste of money, time and effort”
