“Unfortunately, we weren't informed of a delivery date and when we returned home the arbour had been left at the front of our house, where it could have been picked up by anyone. Also, the packaging was split and nail/screws were all over the gravelled drive. We couldn't find a lot of them in the gravel and had to purchase more from our local hardware store. Very disappointed in the service :(”

“Having components of my order out of stock for some time was disappointing and delayed my project (raised flower bed using Rowlinson timber blocks) but with Covid19, possibly not entirely Garden Street’s fault. However, the 3 Stars are really about having half the order delivered on Thursday and the delivery company/Garden Street appearing to lose track of the remains components! They did turn up on the Monday but no one seemed to be aware that that was going to happen! Other than that the product delivered was completely as described and I have no complaints with that or the ordering process, once in stock, which could have been 5 Star. Thank you.”

“Good quality product which will last for many years. Do recommend the tops are joined together with a brass bolt and timber legs are used to support the weight when both open. Also added a brass bolt at the top of the front door to keep them shut. One leaf had a tendency to open at the top due to a light defection in the timber frame. Ideal for the DIY.”

“I have sent two e mails cancelling my order without any response. I called Jake to advise him that a delivery at the end of this month is not satisfactory and that i want a refund. He told me that they are waiting for confirmation from their supplier that they have cancelled the order! Not good enough. I did not place the order with Norfolk Leisure.”

“Poor service no order no contact just rubbish service. Still waiting told 3 desperate stories as to what happen to my order. Receive app to track order on 27th August 2020 and that’s all the apps says. When order storage container said it would take 7-14 days and items were in stock.Mid September enquired when my order will arrive I was originally told that they had know idea and said they would call me back never did. Called again next day told it would be expected in end of September. Call end of September spoke to someone else’s who now said that they depot has lost the order and would come back to me to tell me when it’s arriving. Called at the beginning of October I was told it was out of stock 3 different explanations no further contact from Garden Street or update and no apology poor, unprofessional service and clueless staff who have no idea as to what has happened to my order and the level of silence is deafening. The question should why would you use this company in hindsight you should take your money and there after tell you nothing but fiction and lies. Now I will have to spend the next few dats trying to either get my order or money back which on current form is likely take an age to achieve. I won’t give up even if I have to initiate litigation. Rubbish service no customer service, customer not at the centre of of what they do and more importantly no customer focus at all. To date not receive what I have paid for poor poor poor!!!!!!!”
