“Excellent ordered lifetime shed got it delivered on time, the reason I didn’t give 5 star is because after I ordered the price was reduced almost £300 so when contacted them they refused to make the adjustment, and was told to cancel the order which ,means it will be delayed for few days, just couldn’t be bothered, normally when I make request when the price gone done and it was not dispatched, the company happily would refund the difference is.”

“I purchased my item.I was meant to receive a Free Bag ...after 6 emails,I am still waiting ....poor Customer Service, Unfortunately, they are not really Customer Services 😕 Finally, the Free Bag has arrived, thank you Garden St. I think the Customer Services are starting to improve..”

“Never use this company. Be very careful with what you order, as the picture of what you might be buying may not be the item you want... Pictures of the item I wanted turned out to be not the item they were selling. Very unhelpful staff on the phone, told to have read the description better. Not to go by the pictures...”

“Online ordering was straightforward. We ordered Monza Highback 4 Seater Dining Set, which was cheaper than other sites. Delivered on a weekend at no extra cost. David the delivery driver was very friendly and put our order exactly where we wanted it. Very pleased and wouldn’t hesitate to use the company again and have recommended them to friends.”

“The on-line ordering was good & the bench was delivered on time - no problems at all. When the bench arrived a slat was broken, but his was replaced really quickly. Now the bench is assembled we are very pleased with our purchase. Thank you”
