“Spoke to an extremely helpful gentleman on the phone when asking for advice about greenhouses. For my requirements he suggested a polycarbonate 6x4 greenhouse. I ordered on line and it arrived within the time stated for delivery. Very pleased with it and would order from them again.”

“Very poor. Let me down by not supplying the item I purchased. Offered an alternative that was not viable, refused to supply a suitable one unless I was prepared to pay considerably more. One of the staff I spoke to was ok but the other talked over me in a patronising way. When I commented that this was not a very good way to treat a customer, he said in an offhand way, 'we have hundreds.' They have one less now.”
