“Initially pleased despite not the easiest to put together, However, despite having very dry weather since we have had it and only a few showers, there are quite a few joints that are showing signs of rust. Contacted customer service and they would accept a return if fully dismantled and repacked!! or a derisory £25 refund to cover cost of paint!! Would not recommend”

“I ordered an item showing as IN STOCK to then be completely ignored for 2 weeks. It was not until I chased them myself that I found out Garden Street could not fulfil my order. The item is now showing Out of Stock for the Season from all other suppliers so would doubt Garden Street would have been able to supply even though they advised there was the "possibility" od delivery in around 4-6 weeks time.”

“No table delivered with our dining set! What use is that? VERY disappointed. We were so looking forward to it. All the response we got was the promise of an email in7 days. Not good enough. Incompetent not to include the table in a dining set. Almost £1700! More care needed”

“I am writing this with caution but I am a bit disappointed at the length of time the delivery of the item I purchased online on 2nd June 2020 is taking. I am yet to receive it and have not received any updates on the item's dispatch since I placed the order. If there is a reason for the delay I would welcome some sort of update from Garden Street. Thank you.”

“I ordered a BBQ and cover. Money was taken and delivery booked. It was a present. On the day it was due to be delivered... even though it was confirmed, i received an email telling me they were out of stock. There was no effort to supply me an alternative or a revised delivery date. Just 'cant deliver and you can have your money back'. I think more effort to find a resolution would have been appropriate.”

“Because of the Covid 19 pandemic I requested confirmation that the Jaipur Arbor was still available and that it could be delivered to the Canterbury area, the answer was yes to both and delivery was 14 to 28 days. It arrived a little after 14 days and is now completed, so all promises kept by Market Street.”

“I ordered a parasol. Payment was taken and order confirmed. The following day Paypal refunded the payment and Garden Street sent a cursory email: "This is confirmation that order ****** has now been refunded." No explanation and no apology. Not impressed and wouldn't use again. Happy to accept that item had run out of stock even though they had confirmed the order but bad manners and poor service are not acceptable. They are now asking for this review on something they failed to deliver!”
