“All was good till I come to assembly my product, no instructions sent & missing parts. Instructions were emailed to me quickly but missing parts are still missing. 3 days after reporting this, nobody from company has bothered to email me back to say I will be receiving these parts or not. So poor service & would not recommend buying from them.”

“Easy to shop easy to order but delivery wait and information let it down didn’t think I’d have to wait nearly a month to get it but gate is good quality and I’d defiantly order from them again but plan in advance next time”

“delivery should have been between 5 and 7 working days and it was 9 also I would never have ordered the product had I known holes needed to be pre drilled !!! for the price of the item the holes should already be drilled got to pay someone now to do this as I do not have a drill !!!!! It should say this on product information !!!”

“Excellent service, even delivered on a Sunday morning. Very nice man delivered our summerhouse, he checked all the pieces as he unloaded making sure they were correct way up, and was helpful. We would certainly use this company again”
