“Not sure why I’m being requested to give a review when I’m still awaiting delivery of the product. My order was placed on 20th July and I have been contacted to say it will be delivered on Thursday 2nd August. Communication has been fine. Cannot comment on the product as yet.”

“I see no reason to give a negative comment on my experience with Garden Street, I’m happy with the purchase process and my correspondence with them. My only issue is more with the supplier of the product itself, although not faulty the product has finish issues. I was more than impressed with the packaging, once the box was opened it was well cushioned with polystyrene and plastic, all nice and snug. Where the problem lies is the quality of the paint finish, when the product is in it’s closed position it knocks together and this is chipping the paintwork, as a result there are lots of tiny chips and scuffs that will now need touching up or no doubt the weather will get to them in time. As I said, it’s not faulty as such, no need to return, more a matter of quality. Other than that, its up and it’s doing a great job, the job it’s meant to do.”
