“I ordered the shed on Tuesday and it was here by Friday I was also out at the time and the delivery man was very help full rung me and put the shed securely in my garden. The shed it’s self looks great and loads of room inside. I was a bit nervous about getting a plastic shed as I am putting a morobike in side but glad I did, I had a metal one at my previous house and this was so much easier to put together and I just as strong as the metal one. Took me best part of a day to put together I did most of it by myself a few bits where I have to ask the other half to help but really happy with the shed and would recommend.”

“Communication quite good. Only complaint was the lack of information concerning dispatch date. According to website both items were in stock. However, when contacted Garden Street response was very good. Pleased with products.”

“Telephone service was good, however to date, I have not received the item I ordered and paid for 10 days ago!! Neither have I been advised when it will arrive! I do not call that good service”

“Prompt service with a high quality product. A minor problem with a warped length of wood. Sorted out quickly. Some of the manufactures instructions are a little confusing so read them very carefully. Very happy to Garden Street in the future if required.”

“I placed my order for two Lutyens style benches on 28th May 2018 but have had to wait until today, 9th July 2018, for delivery. Garden Street did not contact me to advise about the delay and I had to contact them. This is not good customer service. The benches, now they are assembled, are good quality and I am delighted with them.”
