“Delivery arrived on the day advised but no phone call saying time. Driver tried very hard to unload bulk bags where I wanted them but he could not manage to get the pallet lift across my gravel drive. Consequently I have now to move 2 tons of material across my drive by hand!”

“Ordered a garden gate and it said 7-14 days delIvery which is absolutely fine but since I’ve bought it I’ve not had any communication at l regarding potential delivery date which means I can’t arrange fitting. I’m hoping I will get some communication & it’s not going to just arrive when I am not at home!”

“Very pleased with my purchase. It was delivered very quickly and by a very helpful driver. When I telephoned to make an enquiry before I made the purchase the rep was very polite and although she couldn't answer my question immediately, she phoned back with the relevant information. This was one of the reasons I chose Garden Street. I also thought your price was very reasonable”

“Sorry,can't write a full review, as the item I ordered was subsequently found to be discontinued. On searching online for a replacement item I found that most of the alternative choices seem to have been removed? In fairness I was informed asap and am awaiting a refund.”
