The original bin lids arrived damaged, replacement lids was arranged and also arrived damaged. I have enough parts to make sound bin lids. Possible additional packing required as the damage appears to be as a result of impact. Otherwise I’m pleased with the look of the bin shelter

Disappointed storage not waterproof so can't store cushion.or anything it should have said what's the point

Pleased with length of time for delivery but I have a problem with an incorrect part which is talking far too long for a replacement. Especially as the canopy is part built now at a standstill. Don’t know how or when I will get the replacement. Not a happy.

I haven't received it yet and haven't received a delivery date but this is the second time i've been asked to review. It is day 24 of the 28 WD delivery, so hope to hear something soon.

The item I bought is fine, although some minor manufacturing errors. Main concern was that website gave a 5-10 day delivery slot, but when I emailed I was told it was 14 - 28 day delivery.

The packaging was opened and the screws were missing.. Although contacted immediately we are still waiting for the screws and the wood was warping so we had to buy our own which was frustrating as specific sizes and lengths are needed. Garden Street are not to blame for theft but the inability to replace screws quickly made it much harder to assemble and it is wonky. This was our second purchase and they do look nice

The shed arrived on schedule but we were told it would be 6 weeks before being assembled - we were never warned this would be the case so my husband assembled it himself - in the end it was fine but I feel you could improve your communication a bit better

The material was not as expected the timber plates very thin 3 places was cracked the window glass cracked

Delivery took a long time, delivery driver very pleasant carport was extremely heavy, not very good quality for the price some joints were very flimsy, also TERRIBLE INSTRUCTIONS my husband is a competent diyer and he struggled with these instructions, would think twice about purchase!

We bought a large plastic shed including erection. Delivery was delayed by 2 weeks. Inadequate communication with us during this period. Eventually we had a date/time for delivery and erection. They were 3 hours late and no phone call or apology. Erection was quick and efficient but it’s been placed crooked on the base and looks nasty. Plastic bag rubbish all over the garden.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed I had to return item because it was too heavy for where I wanted to put it and did not have an alternative place. The response to my email about returns was quick but I was surprised that although in the terms and conditions on the website it says Garden Street would arrange this I was told that they would not for this item. I think this needs to be made clearer. It cost me £16.62 to return the item which I have subsequently found at another retailer for £9 less with free returns.

Told me items in stock then Days later when I wasn’t notified to say it was dispatched I called up to be told they never had it in stock and I needed to wait two months very poor

Having waited for nearly 28 days I rang to ask if my swing bench would be delivered in the near future as per expect delivery . The person I spoke to was very good and as promised emailed to say it was ready for dispatch and that the delivery company would contact me to arrange this . This did not happen and it was delivered yesterday 20th may without warning and left on my drive . I was not at home. This is a bit disappointing and luckily I have someone who helped unpack and move to where it was needed Can you please get the delivery people to contact people and take away the large pallet it came on Product does look ok and un damaged

I ordered a garden table, shown as in stock but wasn't...offered a refund but we waited for restock. We are very pleased with the table, good quality, and once in stock delivered on a day which suited us.

We ordered some garden furniture and knew it was not ready for delivery at the time which was fine but we did have to email to find out lead times rather than someone contact us first.

Product as expected and slightly cheaper than most suppliers, but delivery was dreadfully slow even allowing for COVID-19 it took over two weeks for tin of paint. Cant say delivery was not on time as not time was quoted but did seem a bit excessive.
