“3 Seater Arbour - Delivery came with only 15 minutes notice with a phone call from the driver, I never got a call prior to this to confirm a date and as no one was at home the driver had to leave it on the driveway. When assembling, pre-drilled holes would have been beneficial to help fix each section not only in the correct location but to stop any rounding off of screws before they were secured. Luckily I am a builder and with the right tools this was easy to assemble to a layman this could be very difficult. When complete looks great.”

“Experience overall was fine. Couple of things though…initially told that there was 16/18 week lead time, but then received a random SMS (nothing from Garden Street) from a delivery company only a couple of weeks after ordering providing a delivery date of the following week. Couldn’t figure out what it might be and thought it was just a scam…I finally figured out it might be this item, but had to chat to Garden Street to make sure. They advised they didn’t know as they pass orders over to delivery company. I had to ask them to investigate to make sure - and they did to be fair - and very quickly. Courier company arrived on day they said they would (delivery guys were really great) but I was never given contact details for delivery company, therefore couldn’t change date. Also was not provided with an delivery timeslot, so had to just wait in. The date given was a Saturday so not too bad but would have been a different story if it was a working day for me. So overall, item was delivered months ahead of schedule, I wasn’t actually ready for it but made it work. (Just for clarity, an earlier delivery was much better but I’d made alternate arrangements by then based on lead time stated when I ordered). Communication could be much improved between Garden Street/courier/customer though. I would definitely order from Garden Street again but would also keep in mind what I’ve stated above.”

“Product is great. Stars relate to booking a delivery followed by a no show, no phone call saying there was a problem and me having to do the chasing to re-book and then phone to confirm it was coming as that was lacking as well.”

“Bought a 3 Bin Tidy Store from Garden St. Good price but if I’d know how long delivery would take I would have ordered from another company. I had to call to check confirm when I could expect delivery. Delivery, by Rowlinson Garden Products, was late (outside the 5 business days quoted). The parts were dumped in my from garden.”

“We didn’t have a great experience of the purchase of a playhouse for our children. To be fair though, the fault was with the supplier rowlinson. Garden street staff were extremely responsive, courteous and helped us to get the issue sorted to the very best of their abilities. I would purchase from garden street again, but would advise caution if purchasing a rowlinson high view hideaway playhouse. Please only purchase if you are reasonably handy and can correct parts of the manufactured product that don’t quite fit as intended and also use some common sense to interpret the instructions where they are not entirely clear. Garden street staff were great. Definitely recommend them from a customer service perspective.”

“Not this specific brand, but almost identical and actually more expensive three years ago. We’ve just had two fail completely. And they’d been cared for. Fortunately, no one was injured. Be very careful!”

“The original bin lids arrived damaged, replacement lids was arranged and also arrived damaged. I have enough parts to make sound bin lids. Possible additional packing required as the damage appears to be as a result of impact. Otherwise I’m pleased with the look of the bin shelter”

“Pleased with length of time for delivery but I have a problem with an incorrect part which is talking far too long for a replacement. Especially as the canopy is part built now at a standstill. Don’t know how or when I will get the replacement. Not a happy.”

“I haven't received it yet and haven't received a delivery date but this is the second time i've been asked to review. It is day 24 of the 28 WD delivery, so hope to hear something soon.”

“The item I bought is fine, although some minor manufacturing errors. Main concern was that website gave a 5-10 day delivery slot, but when I emailed I was told it was 14 - 28 day delivery.”

“The packaging was opened and the screws were missing.. Although contacted immediately we are still waiting for the screws and the wood was warping so we had to buy our own which was frustrating as specific sizes and lengths are needed. Garden Street are not to blame for theft but the inability to replace screws quickly made it much harder to assemble and it is wonky. This was our second purchase and they do look nice”

“The shed arrived on schedule but we were told it would be 6 weeks before being assembled - we were never warned this would be the case so my husband assembled it himself - in the end it was fine but I feel you could improve your communication a bit better”

“Delivery took a long time, delivery driver very pleasant carport was extremely heavy, not very good quality for the price some joints were very flimsy, also TERRIBLE INSTRUCTIONS my husband is a competent diyer and he struggled with these instructions, would think twice about purchase!”
