When placing my order, I was informed that I would get the product in two weeks, but the dispatch is 10 days later than originally stated. The customer services only offered to cancel the order or contact the sales email. Poor service, poor communications, and not helpful considering I had planned this to arrive in time for the landscape company to put up while working on the garden. Not even a care, that I will not be able to do this, after having two major knee surgeries.

Ordered a 3 door wheelie bin, that said easy to assemble. It came in bits! Took us hours to put together, instructions were small and hard to read with accuracy (meaning lots of redos. Even the local handy man turned it down due to time it would take vs cost to us. Now it’s set up, it’s not perfectly aligned and already snapping in parts / damp despite noted protection. Garden street were not helpful, only allowed to return if perfectly repackaged and refusal of discount for time compensation

Beware Garden Street Belvedere Lights may have only 3 years before serious flaking of powder coating starts and becomes visibly rusted after 4 years. This finish is supposed to be durable for up to 20 years. A one year warranty on the product is useless and certainly unreasonable. Garden Street don’t want to know.

I have paid nearly £1000 for a BBQ which was going to be delivered between 1-3 working days. No delivery. Having received no communications about the delivery, I tried to contact Green St. You can’t call them so I opted for chat. I received rather rude responses telling me the delivery company had been trying to call me and had left a voicemail. This is a lie. I have had no calls/missed calls or voicemails. No idea when it will be delivered as they won’t confirm it with me. No complaints procedure other than to send an email. Terrible customer service, rude staff, no way to speak to anyone, they refuse to let you speak to a manager and no one will call you. Spend your money anywhere but Green Street. There are far better stores and much better customer service.

"Out of stock" despite being "in stock" on the website but I agreed to wait, ruined by a shocking approach to customer service. Repeatedly changing the delivery date without consultation, actually on the day of delivery!

Ordered and paid for this £500 plus bbq had to chase for where order was. Today i was told I would get an update when it would be delivered instead while out shopping in Manchester My ring door bell went off and it was a delivery man with my BBQ ! we had to cancel our day out and return to accept goods. Utter rubbish customer service

awning cover sent will not fit awning when still in wall brackets garden street have given totally negative replies to my mails and have refused to refund me would never use this company again they are the worst company i have ever dealt with the returns and refund policy is total utter rubbish

Poor customer service. Very slow to communicate. Item yet to arrive, website states 1-2 week’s delivery currently on week 4 and no item! Chased but takes a week to respond ! Would not use this company again

This company sells poorly-made junk. I bought a patio table and chairs and just over a year later they're already starting to rust and the plastic feet are all broken. Avoid

You need to check your facts before you ask for feedback on my purchase. The item I ordered was showing as in stock, after I paid for it I was then told it was unavailable and received a refund, so I can't tell you if I am happy with the item!

I ordered a Suncast storage box on 1.6.23, after waiting a month for the product to come back into stock. On 6.6.23 the wrong colour storage box was delivered. On 7.623 I notified Garden Street of the error and you said you'd arrange for it to be collected. DPD failed to collect the box as arranged on 9.6.23 DPD also failed to collect the box as further arranged on 13.6.23. I have made several calls to Garden Street's customer services since then but although the woman I have spoken with has been polite and tried to resolve this, it appears you are 100% dependent on Suncast sorting the issue out and they don't appear to be communicating. I have been told by your customer services yesterday and today that they have made numerous attempts to speak or elicit an email reply from Suncast, to no avail. This is very concerning that the UK distributor doesn't answer the phone or reply to emails. Are they going bust? Today, 21st June, I have requested a refund and requested confirmation from you by phone later today that this has been actioned. I have also requested a telephone call to let me know when the incorrect product is being collected. This is a largish box which is now sitting in the communal hallway of the flats i live in and is very inconvenient to everyone here. Very disappointed, especially as Garden Street appears to have no control of events.

Never use this company. Be very careful with what you order, as the picture of what you might be buying may not be the item you want... Pictures of the item I wanted turned out to be not the item they were selling. Very unhelpful staff on the phone, told to have read the description better. Not to go by the pictures...

I ordered the Palram-Canopia Sierra Patio Cover White. I received the item on May 13, 2023, and the box was opened and damaged during delivery. The delivery driver told me the box was damaged at the warehouse and asked me to check it. Careful inspection, there are some shoe prints on the film panel, and some metal brackets have moderate to severe dents and scratches in many places. The box should have been unpacked or returned, because some parts were not fully packed, and there were even a lot of gaps inside the box, causing the metal parts inside to dangle. Let the metal get scratched. I am asking to return the entire product for a full refund. The damaged shipment was picked up last Saturday, May 27, 2023 by Param. I emailed Garden Street asking for a full refund many times but they haven't given me any feedback yet. I have paid £1,175.00 but I do not have any refund.

Awful customer service. Purchased an expensive garden set. Initially I had a minor issue with it but after several emails I eventually gave up and the issue was never resolved. I have just gone to use the parasol and the wind up mechanism has failed. The parasol is hardly used and has been stored inside most of the time. This company has refused to help even though it is out of its 1 year warranty by only 2 weeks. Short, sharp and unhelpful replies to my emails. I do not recommend and will never purchase from them again.
