“Very fast delivery by helpful courteous couriers of Rattan companion outdoor chairs. Fairly simple to assemble,if you are quite handy. Pleased with look and quality. If chair table in middle could be stronger to support glass/cup etc. It would be 5*”

“Was told item could only be delivered on the Sunday. Changed plans so I could be in. Got a call day before to say they’d be an hour away. However I wasn’t in at this point and told them it wasn’t due until tomorrow. They insisted on delivering it and had to push it under my rear gate. They had to take all the packaging off and this has resulted in some pieces being slightly damaged. The product itself was fine but the delivery caused issues coming the day before.”

“The goods appear to be of good quality and were delivered on time. The only slight issue was that I sent an email regarding delivery (as requested), to help the driver find my house as it does not have a number. These details were not passed on - not a problem for me as the driver telephoned for help and he could have been saved a few minutes.”
