“Unfortunately some essential fittings were missing from the sealed box. Apparently they have now been sent separately, once we called up and explained the problem, however this delayed our landscapers by 3 days. Experience not quite what I had hoped for”

“My order for a garden storage cupboard was dealt with promptly and the contact regarding delivery was very good. Everyone I spoke to was efficient and courteous. Unfortunately when I unpacked the cupboard I discovered that a corner was broken off and the door housing was cracked. We were able to glue the piece back on and the door fits although not smooth in opening. The shelf needed reinforcing. Maybe the damage was during transit ! I was just going to put the disappointment down to a usual self assembly kit but your request for feedback has given me the opportunity to tell you that your service was excellent but the product/delivery/transit was poor. I hope that my feedback is helpful. I can send you an image if you wish.”
