“I paid for early delivery by the Friday - it arrived the following Wednesday and no explanation or refund has been proffered. The structure itself is good but I am not impressed with the simple staples that are used for the trellising fixes which will soon rust away - which I have easily supplemented with zinc plated screws of longer length . For a more robust / stronger structure I have also used in some placed , additional and longer screws . It is a very tall structure , but easily reduced in height by cutting down the verticals by up to 10 inches . Although it came in a sealed polythene cover , the wood was damp and I have left it to dry out before weatherproofing it . It would be very easy to make it a wonky , slanted and unstable structure . I hope to have overcome this by preassembly on its side on the ground and using a long spirit level and temporarily fixing horizontal and diagonal braces . I really like the arch , and the size of the uprights which will allow me to fix a gate with the opposite curve . Being made of wood , it has allowed greater adaptability .”

“27-03-18 Ordered item. Payment went through quickly. 1-3 day delivery slot. 03-04-18 Chased up after hearing nothing for a week. Story about being "miss-scanned" at the carriers and no more available until late April at earliest. 04-04-18 item still on website as 1-3 day delivery. Has now been updated!!! Very poor. Quick responses to emails though including complaint email and got a refund without fuss.”
