“No problem buying the product but delivery was awful. We waited in a full day and item wasn’t delivered. I contacted your sales team about 4 times to enquire about delivery and was given various reasons!! Item finally received 8 days later. Really put off buying online/phone. Not erected the arbor yet.”

“Bought the bird table on the Monday which was in stock but didn’t get a call about delivery until the Friday which meant it wasn’t delivered for Mother’s Day. Going to arrive 10days after order, just not good enough.”

“It all worked out well, the order was sent on line, the delivery was on time, although I was not there to help, my wife informs me that the young man who delivered the flat back package was very helpful and polite. I have just built the greenhouse which took a few hours and there were no parts missing. Well done Garden Street, I will use you again and recommend you to my friends.”

“One of the ordered items was no longer available. The two delivered large planters were damaged ++. Boxes that they were packed in was not suitable. Could not be replaced as no longer available. I did receive total refund but was then,left with two very large planters that I had to dispose off.”
