“Ordered a BBQ through Garden Street. Was excellent value for money compared to everywhere else. Only criticism would be that the dispatch to delivery wasn’t very clear. No email updates or tracking info that you would normally expect. Had a sight issue with the delivery. Was delivered through TNT, who somehow had the wrong address for me (even tho it was correct when I placed the order). Nothing that a phone call and email couldn’t sort out however.”

“Artic all arrived within days allocated.As of yet we are still putting it together..On quick appraisal the woode is not as good or as smooth as expected,but waiting till it is completed. Thanks.”

“For the price the garden storage shed is excellent value for money. Unlike some self assembly equipment it came with plenty of spare fixings so didn't have to worry about losing a screw.”

“The product was very competitively priced and service was excellent. I ordered wrong colour initially but on contacting Garden Street my mistake was speedily resolved. This would have been a 5 star review but for the canopy kit arriving without the promised contact from the supplier and ONLY 2 days after placing the order!”

“Garden Street provided a fast, and efficient, service. My product, unfortunately, was unsuitable and I had to return it. It would be good to have a free returns policy on all items but, apart from that, customer service and stock variety is fine.”

“Overall I was very pleased with my purchase. Products are very well made and solid, went together easily. Unfortunately one side was badly marked, bits chipped out but unfortunately my husband had put it together before he told me about it. So advice would be to check thoroughly before you assemble. Delivery was excellent much earlier than stated. I would definitely use this company again.”

“Very fast delivery by helpful courteous couriers of Rattan companion outdoor chairs. Fairly simple to assemble,if you are quite handy. Pleased with look and quality. If chair table in middle could be stronger to support glass/cup etc. It would be 5*”

“The goods appear to be of good quality and were delivered on time. The only slight issue was that I sent an email regarding delivery (as requested), to help the driver find my house as it does not have a number. These details were not passed on - not a problem for me as the driver telephoned for help and he could have been saved a few minutes.”
