“My order for a garden storage cupboard was dealt with promptly and the contact regarding delivery was very good. Everyone I spoke to was efficient and courteous. Unfortunately when I unpacked the cupboard I discovered that a corner was broken off and the door housing was cracked. We were able to glue the piece back on and the door fits although not smooth in opening. The shelf needed reinforcing. Maybe the damage was during transit ! I was just going to put the disappointment down to a usual self assembly kit but your request for feedback has given me the opportunity to tell you that your service was excellent but the product/delivery/transit was poor. I hope that my feedback is helpful. I can send you an image if you wish.”

“The response was rapid and helpful ... But the advertised item turned out to be no longer available. I was therefore extremely disappointed. However Garden Street have said that I will automatically be notified if / when the item comes back in stock.”

“My mother, in late 80’s, has painful arthritis. An adjustable stool like this is great for supporting he legs at different heights to relieve the pain a little. Three heights is okay, a few more say 5, or a scew or similar for infinite adjustment would be perfect. So to would be a little more padding. Main criticism is the adjustment legs are independant and easily come out of the grooves when moving the stool. Difficult small wing nuts to lock in place.”

“Garden Street are reliable! We purchased a medium sideboard and a nest of tables! great value and a lovely edition to our home! The only downfall was that the nest of tables came broken (NO FAULT OF GARDEN STREET) The supplier (CORE PRODUCTS) didn't quality check the product well enough before sending BUT Garden Street were very helpful and ensured one was delivered within 2 days of receiving the broken goods!! 100% will use again and 100% recommend to friend!!!”

“Arrived on time and a very good shed, Scratches easy so be careful and only issue i had was a lack of Self Tapping Screws and Bolts, Had to pop to Screwfix for top ups to get the job finished”

“Good service and great product. It was good to find that all she’d parts including all hardware were included and that no parts were missing. The only downside was that the product arrived soaking wet. This wasn’t a problem with the wood however, the chipboard used for the floor and roof was soaked through and covered in mould. We have dried it out and are hoping that the chipboard will be OK. Perhaps it would be a good idea to have wrapping around the chip board. The woodshed was very good value for money.”
