“I was amazed at the speed that the delivery was made. The man I dealt with was efficient, friendly and very helpful. I have only given 4 stars because I would have appreciated knowing in a clearer way that I could pay extra to have the summer house delivered into the back garden. I had this service and was happy to pay for it as I am living alone and not strong. It looks from what I can see as if the item is good quality and exactly what I want.”

“I'd happily have given the full five stars but for the fact that the gate (which is a very fine gate!) was delivered with no promised text or email to inform me it was on its way. This resulted in it being left with a neighbour and it having to be carried to my property for me by her daughter and grandson as I can't lift. I was pleased it arrived so speedily and that it was well packaged but had I been forewarned of its imminent arrival ,I wouldn't have gone out . That apart,the young man I spoke with on the phone initially to ask why I hadn't received a confirmation of my order and payment email was very pleasant and immediately rectified that situation. All in all, this certainly would not deter me from making future purchases . The gate has now been hung and I am more than happy with the look and quality of it and the price was very much better than at other big name stores so many thanks to you at Garden Street ; you just need to iron out a couple of communication blips and it'll be 5***** all the way!”

“Outstanding quality, best online pricing and simple online ordering. only gripe (hence 4 stars), no option to choose delivery date or notification that i would be contacted in the coming days to arrange delivery. “I was disappointed with the delivery time and due to this cancelled my order. However they did credit me in time. But was also not happy with their delivery choice which put me in a difficult situation. However they did recompense me for the return package so overall okay.”

“Excellent service, delivered promptly. I ordered the small cold frame, product was of good quality, nice and sturdy. Would have been 5 stars but the pre-drilled holes were in the wrong place so I have been unable to fit the lid. I'll have to borrow a drill and move one of the hinges. Apart from that - perfect!”

“Informed me of when my delivery would be was well within the time stated quality looks good would of been higher but the guys that arrived asked if it was okay to leave at the front of the house and I didn't feel that I could say that I would like it taken to the back garden will just have to get my daughter to help me lift them”
