Still waiting for my order. Contacted via email and the seller on eBay as that’s where I purchased. No reply. Not happy at all. Ordered on 22nd April with 3-5days delivery. Still waiting on the 5th May Don’t know how they have good ratings because I don’t rate the company at all and will be disputing with eBay to get a refund. RUBBISH

I Ordered some Outside lights Mid April and yet they still have not arrived and every time I email I am told that they will be dispatched and then nothing happens. No one is picking up the phone which I can understand due to the crisis but if you are going to promise an item will be despatched you should honour that. Please can you stop taking orders if you are not sending goods out within a reasonable time.

Spent over £800 on garden furniture. Placed order mid April and promised delivery within 7 days, still not arrived. They are not taking any calls therefore you can only communicate by email. I sent another requesting an update on delivery but I have not received an acknowledgment / update. There review rating does not truly reflect their actual service. It's the worse customer services I've ever experienced. I never complain. Trust me do not shop here. As another customer said they are super quick to take your money that is very true. I have now contacted our credit card company to recover the money. I have family in the area of Crewe who will pay them a visit shortly. I will provide a further update to this.

Bought a Plum Climbing frame for my son. Supposed to arrive in 3 boxes due to its size. Courier company delivered a battered plastic slide, which frankly looked used. The driver then went on to say that the other two boxes must have been left at the distribution centre and that they would be here the following day. Feeling dubious, I called Garden Street who were none the wiser, and I was left to call the delivery company. Apparently the other two boxes never arrived at the depot. After numerous emails, of which many were not replied to, Garden Street finally agreed to organise a pick up of the slide and refund my purchase - since they could not give me any indication of when the other two boxes would arrive. Here we are, one week after pick up, and still no word of my refund. I appreciate we live in difficult times right now, and that people are doing their best, but all customers ask for is communication - particularly when spending their hard-earned money trying to make lockdown more bearable for their families. The lack of communication is poor. Im sure this is just a sign of the current times we live in, but I will have to think twice about ordering from GardenStreet again.

Bought a swing seat nearly 3 weeks ago. Delivered the wrong one as marketing images do not correspond to what I purchased. I haven’t signed for the order as it was the wrong one and it was taken back by the delivery person the same morning. Over 3 weeks past and I don’t have my refund yet (£579.99!) or my swing seat. Terrible service!

I have ordered since 7th of April and was told it was dispatched on the 13th of April. But have not received any confirmation of any delivery date and I’m still waiting for my purchase. How can you expect me to make a review before I even receive my item.

Had massive issues trying to find out when my product was going to arrive, numerous telephone calls and emails sent regarding this, 1 of the worst customer services I've experienced I for 1 will never shop here again, If you wanted to be treated terribly use this place, they are super quick to take your money but not send out the product or help you!!!

TErrible service...Terrible company. AVOID at all costs. Got an email a week after purchase to say I haven't passed additional Fruad checks??? and they are cancelling the order. STILL no refund!!

Ordered my daughter a Wendy house 2nd April delivery from 14 days from purchase after 21 days of no update I contacted them for a update to be told the item will not be in untill 21st July!!

I understand the current situation however a courtesy e mail would of been nice to update me on my order. Warehouse closed but took my order and then they missed it on the delivery. Well didn't get loaded. Information I found out. Chasing up your item all the time. Still not recrived my item but asked to write a review. Shop eles where in future.

Like many of the other people who have used company when my chiminea finally turned up it was someone else’s returned item even had all returned info on box they didn’t even bother to check Lid and stand both still missing as per original reason for being returned. After several emails with the same response as lots of people about sorry will get back to you with as solution eventually went through PayPal for a refund as offered them to send missing parts or send a new complete chiminea. Now won’t refund until get incomplete one back which is ok if you can get hold of them to organise this. This has been going on for well over a month wished never used this company and definitely wouldn’t recommended them in fact would say avoid

Really unhappy with customer service. I simply want to replace a faulty table which was delivered as part of a dining set I am otherwise satisfied with. 8 days on and am still being fobbed off with we’ll get back to you with a solution. Response time to email is 72h (if at all), until I mention contacting my card issuer which did provide a prompt response, only to be fobbed off again. All of this could probably be swiftly resolved with a phone call to the supplier - they cannot or are unwilling to even answer my queries. Uncontactable by phone and won’t call you back if you ask. Wish I’d never used this company, am fed up and problem is still unresolved.

Ordered a swing March 24th for delivery as quoted by the company 1-5 working days it’s now April 24th and still no swing. Terrible service. Tried to cancel the swing to be told it was with the carrier. Carrier then delivered half of the swing and I’m still awaiting the rest. Sent emails but just getting fobbed off with replies. Chased today to be told I won’t get any money back until this part is collected and returned. If I have been waiting this long for the other part who knows when this will be collected. Avoid this company at all costs. I just want my money back so I can purchase what I wanted back in March.

I would advise you to not shop here. I purchased what I required and thought it was on its way and 2 days later I got an email saying they couldn’t send it as had sold out and refunded me. By then everywhere else had sold out! This left me in a very difficult situation! So if you can shop elsewhere

Placed an order on the 28th of March for a swing set for my daughter. Website quoted 7-10 delivery. Business as usual during covid crisis approach is definitely not the case. It's now the 21st of April my daughter's birthday has been and gone. I have tried to ring several times and left messages, not one of my calls has been returned. Have sent emails asking for a more specific delivery date.......get a generic email back saying the courier will contact me before delivery. This is not helpful i would at the very least expect a staff member to be able to say whether goods have been dispatched or not and chase it with the couriers. Poor service and response....still waiting with no answers and a disappointed 4 year old!

Thank you for your review of product, as yet we have not received our goods and after several emails and phone calls with no one getting back to me over the last 2 weeks all I can say is I'm extremely disappointed. The only contact I have had is to say you received payment on the 1st April. Please could you get back to me and let me know when you are going to deliver our order.

we ordered fence paint 27th March payment was taken the same day, after emailing and phoning we were advised two weeks ago that this was being dispatched we are still waiting. We requested a full refund 4 days ago and have not had a refund or email response. Will definitely not use this company again.

Still waiting for my turf, was told 5-10 working days, has still not arrived. phoned up put on auto answering machine, nobody has contacted about the delay, cannot finish our back garden, would not use this company again, poor service only ordered as it said we still are delivering, husband furious that we are still waiting. We will be asking for our money back, they were quick enough to take it.

Ordered an item on 24th March stating 1-5 working days. Chased and told them I wanted a refund, was told item was with the Carrier. Item delivered but only delivered 1 of 2 parts to it. Just sitting in my garden. Awaiting ages for a response. Just want this pack collected and my money back that I paid nearly a month ago. Very poor. Wouldn’t recommend.
