“Absolutely appalling service, delays, cancelled delivery slots, delivery re booked for today still no shed. Customer services very unhelpful. Very poor service from the start and still nearly 5 weeks later no shed has arrived and no one has returned my calls or made any contact. VERY UNHAPPY”

“Ordered a summerhouse and was promised the delivery of 1st April which we took holiday for , we then got a call to say it was delayed and didn’t know when it was coming . They company then said could only deliver on a thurs or Friday with with our shift patterns was going to mean July so we cancelled order and are making one instead . It may be the courier to blame but was very disappointed with our order and experience”

“Nice website, easy to order, nice receipt. Ordered 7 March, paid for, but item not received and they wanted a review. More than five weeks after ordering I called and talked to a very nice polite young man who said he would check on the order and call me back. Well he didn't call back but next day there was an email advising of delivery and my order was magically on my doorstep less than 24 hours after my call. I love the bench it was easy to put together and looks good. However, happy as I am to have my order I am still extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from this business or anyone trying to deliver. I seriously doubt that I will order from Garden Street again as it was not worth the aggravation. If my first order was not any kind of priority then enough said. Communication is key to any business success and I felt that it was sadly lacking.”

“The four trellises I ordered were to replace ones that were falling apart after 18 years. The new trellis slats were slightly thinners/narrower than expected but otherwise were a perfect replacement and I hope will last for another 18 years!”

“After ordering a dining set that said it was in stock then not receiving it I was very disappointed that I had to chase the item only to be told the product wasn't available?! Firstly why advertise a product as In stock when it clearly wasn't. I was just told i could either cancel or wait?! I have had no further communication. I have waited because now everything else I liked is now out of stock. The only communication I have had is asking me for a review?! No updates 😕 I now don't know if I should just cancel or wait. Shocking communication and also misleading advertising saying item was in stock delivery should have been within 14 days. Very disappointed.”

“Good delivery. Son and daughter put the shed together. Quite robust on standing but when opening and shutting the doors is a bit wobbly due to doors sticking a bit. But happy with the extra storage space”

“Did order a Tall boy chest of Drawers in February, was delayed many times got to April decided to cancel order and got refund no problems. The only thing I will say had I known this item was coming from abroad I would never had ordered it and on the day of cancellation I got someone who told me the truth that it was delayed due to shipment which I appreciated that information rather being told on every email you will hear from courier between 5-10 days and the shop of supplier is shut due to Easter absolute rubbish ! It was delayed because of shipment. So can’t comment on the item but will say I got refunded no problems”
