“i called the company as thought received wrong summerhouse as size looked wrong they were not the friendliest to say the leastat this point just asked me to check and send pics etc however all was fine found the missing piece of flooring HOWEVER had an issue with a piece of bead then which was warped and consequently caused a piece of glass to shatter when trying to put in However i called rowlingston who made the summerhouse drect AS MY CONVERSATION WITH COMPANY WAS DISSAPPOINTING BUT ROWLINSON were brillliant and very appologetic and sent me out some replacement glass !!!! thankyou ROWLINSON”

“Absolutely brilliant customer service. I can't fault this business at all in their dealings with customers. It is easy to contact them, they are very responsive and sorted out a problem I had very quickly (caused by me ordering the wrong item). I was able to return it and was refunded very speedily. I was very impressed and recommend them”

“I first saw the Turin Bistro Set in a local garden centre and having found it comfortable and just perfect for our little patio, I set about looking on line to see if I could find it cheaper elsewhere. Bingo! Garden Street offered a £55 saving and free delivery meant I saved a whopping £71 overall. With minimum assembly for the table legs, we are absolutely delighted with our purchase, price, and swift delivery time.”

“Garden street where ok it’s the company that supplied the BBQ to them it was damaged and all they said was he’s a bag of coal for the inconvenience just be careful when buying from them it was a stone BBq which cost a lot of money”

“I purchased a Churnett Valley Cottage 3 seater arbour in March of this year and unfortunately due to the inclement weather and other reasons I had to store the item. I recently erected the arbour and found to my dismay that the centre strut of the rear back panel was not attached at either the side or the back and was only secured by one side screw. I had to carry our repairs before I could carry on with the construction. Clearly wherever Garden Street ordered the item from didn't have a quality control team. The actual delivery of the product had no problems and arrived as stated.”

“Ordered a gate, waited until a few days after it was supposed to be delivered before contacting their customer service team. I was told it would be dispatched etc. This was either a complete lie or ignorance, which is very unpleasant either way. Waited for another couple of weeks (from their advice) which they then decided to tell me the manufacturer had a shortage and I won't get this for another month plus. Not upset about the fact that the manufacturer let them down or couldn't fulfil etc, I'm not buying from the manufacturer it is Garden Street. The customer services team lied and made me wait unnecessarily — on a promise of a delivery that never happened. They had already taken money, even though they didn't have the product nor dispatched (think you need to look at your payment process, as unnecessary refunds will be costing you money). The only positive part of the process was the refund, that was straight forward but took five days to appear through to my bank. Wouldn't recommended to anyone at all.”
