“Excellent quality furniture and reasonably priced. There was a slight confusion with the delivery (3rd party issue) but resolved by Garden Street, the customer service was excellent.”

“Very unhappy, purchased an item with you 10 days ago with a 3-7 day delivery promise, not delivered, called to find out what's happening, told I would have an email back with an answer today, nothing back by eop. This is a gift for the 30th May so now this will not arrive in time despite ordering in plenty of time and no clue as to when it will arrive. I would like a refund please. Order No 228891”

“When placing my order, I was informed that I would get the product in two weeks, but the dispatch is 10 days later than originally stated. The customer services only offered to cancel the order or contact the sales email. Poor service, poor communications, and not helpful considering I had planned this to arrive in time for the landscape company to put up while working on the garden. Not even a care, that I will not be able to do this, after having two major knee surgeries.”

“Easy ordering, great customer service and outdoor table and chairs reached Scotland within delivery estimate. Delivery company were excellent. DBfreelance called before they arrived, were very helpful when goods delivered, and called to ensure I was happy with the goods day after, exceptional service. All in all a very positive experience… thank you.”

“Ordered a 3 door wheelie bin, that said easy to assemble. It came in bits! Took us hours to put together, instructions were small and hard to read with accuracy (meaning lots of redos. Even the local handy man turned it down due to time it would take vs cost to us. Now it’s set up, it’s not perfectly aligned and already snapping in parts / damp despite noted protection. Garden street were not helpful, only allowed to return if perfectly repackaged and refusal of discount for time compensation”

“All great. Service from the team was very good and kept informed of order and delivery. Good price. 4 Seasons Garden Room was easy to put up once the patio had been laid. Needs a flat surface to construct it. We pre-painted before assembly with an oil based preservative so everything could be treated easily. Really pleased with the way it looks and even made some window shutters from the pallet wood. Great.”

“Purchase of log store frustrated because item was wrongly numbered on website, which lead to wrong product being delivered. However, the company was helpful in arranging collection and replacement. Happy with the quality of the product.”

“The actual item is very good. What I did not realise is that the pallet it was delivered on is my responsibility for disposal. So be aware if you order any item you may need to dispose of a pallet.”
