“I was disappointed with the numerious instaructions that came with the product as the construction details can only be described as very poor,especially when you have been provided with surplus parts that belong to the Venus range - what do i do with them - throw them away!”

“Ordered bin storage that said easy to assemble with simple instructions. Arrived in unlabelled parts with non-descriptive instructions. Weak wood that split when screws drilled in. Handyman turned down building it - which says it all really. Quick customer complaint responses but no resolution. Offered collection but would only be refunded if no damage (unlikely if ready screwed into it!) Just think it’s a shame companies can charge so much in this current climate with no aftercare.”
