Shed still not received, it is incredible that am being asked to write a review when I am still waiting for delivery. Shed was ordered approx one month ago, was due to be in Garden Street on July 13th, now advised delivery to my address will not happen until probably end August. Full money for the shed was taken on order date, i.e. one month ago. Think very carefully before ordering from this company.

We ordered our item on the 18th June, we contacted you to chase the order as we were and are still waiting. If you check your records and previous emails you will see you have already sent us a request for writing a review. I say again WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR THE GOODS Snd the goods

Do not think of buying from this outfit I ordered a Hamilton POP-UP Gazebo and only received it after an email and two phone calls that were not answered The Gazebo struts seemed to be buckled on assembly, I had it up for two days, took it down and attempted to put it up again a few days later when the strut joints broke and hung down Making the Gazebo useless I emailed Garden Street showing photographs with no reply I then phoned and received a prerecorded reply stating they were very busy and could not take calls and advising an email would receive a reply within 72 hours, no reply made I have now emailed them three times and phoned three times Every time with no acknowledgement or reply Their claims of high standards of service are nonsense I wonder if this terrible review will excite some kind of reply but I doubt it very much I repeat Do not buy from this company

Avoid this company. Waist of time. Purchased in April i been in told will be 5 days delivery. After so many emails It took 3 months until I received items.

Ordered a shed with 14-28 days delivery after paying for the shed I then paid for a base ready for delivery. After 17 days I get an email saying the shed is out of stock so I’m now stuck with a base in my garden and no shed. Never order off this company

Have still not delivered my garden furniture after more than two weeks. Only receive annoying email acknowledgements saying they are "looking into it" and they have not bothered to phone me once, their own phone being turns off "because of Covid". Absolutely dreadful customer service/

Purchased a Seville pergola last July. Faded after only couple of weeks but thought we could live with it. Put it into storage after 2-3 months usage. Erected it again a couple of weeks ago and the colour completely disappeared in areas from grey to a streaky beige. Contacted customer services and they told me should have waterproofed it three times a year and therefore would not replace. If this had happened over a period of years I would accept it, but as it’s an outdoor product I would’ve expected it to perform better than four months total usage! They told me the waterproofing was a necessity as opposed to the written instructions which stated was a recommendation. Avoid.

Zero customer service. I understand COVID has an impact, however to just be told the delivery company will contact you directly and nothing else when you are 20 working days down the line is poor.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. If you're lucky you might get sent a good quality item, but beware if not they are incapable of arranging to collect the item and refund you.

Customer service is not existent. I have requested an item to be returned for the last two months and they have not done so. They do not take customer calls and just fob you off via email. I would say don't trust them at all because if there is a problem they do nothing and ignore it. I think the only way to get anywhere is to take the to small claims court 😒

I bought an items that arrived damaged in April. I have still not received my refund even a month after the item was picked up and returned. Have been told for weeks that it has been refunded with nothing in my account. Dire customer service.

⚠️AVOID THIS COMPANY- IT IS EITHER A HIT OR MISS WHEN IT COMES TO THE COMPETENCE OF THIS FIRM. AVOID AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE OF CHASING ORDERS. ⚠️ I ordered 3 items (over 2 separate orders). I have only received 2 items. I am out of pocket £288 for a royalcraft LED parasol as they say it was dispatched. I have had to get PayPal involved to help me get my money back. I ordered it on the 30 May 2020.

Web Order 132276 Order was received damaged. E-mailed customer services, replied that if I let them know which parts were damaged they would replace them, E-mailed reply that this was a ready assembled unit, and we need a complete replacement. Still waiting for reply 10 days after last e-mail. Not impressed.

Shed ordered 16June,told it would arrive26 June by company and contacted by couriers on 24 June. Recontacted by couriers next day saying shed out of stock...even though it was yourselves who contacted me re shed in stock...Told on 1st July courriers will be in touch shortly...still waiting....Very disappointed with all the lies....Refer to email communications. I just want to know ….I don't want to have to cancel order and get refund but will have no option if this is not dealt with very soon...Its a lot of money ..

Don’t order anything from garden street it will never arrive and their customer service is terrible. They will take over a week to get back to and don’t resolve any of the issues.

Have contacted them by email six times regarding delivery of my Shed. A week ago they said it had been delivered, I have not received it. They said they would look into it, but still no communication, asked them to ring me, to no avail The quoted delivery time is now overdue. Would not use them again, it's been very stressful dealing with them
