Ordered shed and paid in full 19TH April and still NOT RECEIVED, even though it says dispatched on the 1st May, only received 1 email after lots of emails enquiring where is was.... it is now 1st July and still no communication from customer services..... joke! What customer service! Never ordered from this company before but it looked a good website which worked well, unfortunately you can’t say that about the human side of this shambles of a company. WARNING ...... DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY!!

Bistro set delivered in a bashed and torn state a week ago now. I immediately contacted by email as advised and sent pics of damage to chair. I am still awaiting a response after first email confirming my complaint. I do not call this good customer service.

I have only two major regrets in my life: I listened to my friend when he said I wouldn't hurt myself jumping off a very high cliff into water, and secondly, buying this product. If this is England's answer to the flat-pack market it is no wonder IKEA has the market all to it's self. This product is over-engineered, over complicated and poor quality. It is also of smaller dimensions than cheaper and better models from B&Q, which assemble in a fraction of the time. I would go on, but I have too many cuts on my fingers from the sharp edges of the shed I bought from you and my fingers are too sore from trying to do up the 4 million screws and bolts that almost hold things together to bother. AVOID!!!!!!

Sorry I can not rate your service has I haven’t received the shed yet, I was told it would be 3-4 weeks, and I ordered it on the 8th of June so that’s, only 3weeks tomorrow, but I haven’t heard anything at all, I don’t suppose you could check up the delivery date could you please ?

Not impressed!! Paid £949 for goods supposedly in stock. Emailed them a week later as still showing as ‘processing order’. Email ignored so after another 10 days contacted them through Facebook, eventually told that the goods were in fact not in stock! Yes they refunded without question but they had my £949 for 3 weeks for goods they said they had got in stock when they hadn’t. They won’t answer the phone as they are getting a high volume of calls - I wonder why!! They ignore emails ... do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere.

avoid company at all costs , read reviews , they never get back to you but happily take money - had my money for 4 weeks no and no contact. Unable to speak to any one using covid as an excuse - can only email and and auto email states will `endeavour ` to get back to you in 5 days - trading standards only way forward from now - avoid, avoid, avoid

Ordered a parasol nearly a month ago and still not turned up. Keep being told by email it will be delivered soon, but never is. Can’t get through to speak to anyone on the phone. Awful, avoid this company.

Wrong gazebo turned up tried emailing Garden Street they did not help at all. Then was told it would be delivered and the wrong one picked up ...but no they collected the wrong one and did not exchange for the correct one. Then had to wait a further 7 days until the correct was delivered !! Haven't opened it yet we will tomorrow!!

20 days after placing order for something that was due in 5-10 days and still no update from Garden Street. No idea whether to expect the goods or not.

Order placed 1st June, advised 7-10 working days delivery. Still not received, no one answering phone & still awaiting answer to email I sent a couple of days ago. If item is out of stock this should have been advised at point of ordering!! Terrible customer service.

Sold me an item they did not have, with modern computer programs it should be unacceptable to sell items that you dont have and take the money.

Initially pleased despite not the easiest to put together, However, despite having very dry weather since we have had it and only a few showers, there are quite a few joints that are showing signs of rust. Contacted customer service and they would accept a return if fully dismantled and repacked!! or a derisory £25 refund to cover cost of paint!! Would not recommend
