5 emails sent, still no response....order supposed to be here 2 weeks ago, no signs.... Worst customer service I have ever experienced. No phone lines open? All other companies seem to be capable of answering emails and phone calls during the challenging times we are experiencing. Wish I had read reviews before ordering....

I ordered an Arbour 25th May. Still hoping it will turn up! I shall be contacting my bank if nothing shows up. Fingers crossed then!

Awful service, do not order from here you will be disappointed.we order a playhouse which arrived without one roll of felt. We recieved an email saying it was on Express delivery and it has never turned up and this company are ignoring all emails

we ordered a outdoor corner rattan settee with table, after empty promises of delivery and poor communication we received our set to find the glass top smashed, no fault of the supplier but very poor response and after service, the rattan is now coming apart due to there being no table top, the suppliers response is that due sunlight and certain objects amplifying the sun this can occur, we have a table that cant be used as a table and also shouldn't be left in the garden as sun light can cause damage to it. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY,

I have ordered a gazebo- very pricy at almost 900 pounds on the 29/05/20, I cant get through on telepne lines my emails have only been replied once promising to get back to me as soon as. Not even an option to collect myself or refund!!!. Its been well over six weeks now and don't know what to do. All plans have been ruined.I feel a fool....

Appalling and unacceptable customer service. I’m still waiting for my purchases over a month later. My emails have gone unanswered. No communication from the supplier whatsoever. Can’t get through to them on their customer service number either. Very poor first experience with this company. Do not recommend and will not be using them again.

Very poor! Ordered parasol 3 weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived. No response when I emailed them. No idea if or when it will arrive :(

I’m pretty surprised to be asked to write a review. My experience was terrible with garden street. Paid approx £150 for a parasol which was sent damaged, obviously second hand, had missing parts and instructions and was packaged badly. Getting this rectified was slow. Package has been returned but still waiting for money to be refunded. Considering contacting trading standards. Will never order from this company again!

Very poor 3 weeks and I’m still waiting for delivery. Now to further annoy me You have asked sent me a email to review your service. To be blunt I haven’t had any service. You have my money and I don’t have the goods. Wouldn’t use Garden Street again or recommend it to anyone.

Do not buy from this company. They advertise goods with a 14- 28 day delivery. Once you have completed your purchase you are informed that the product will take up to 6 weeks because days means working days and your order will not arrive at the originally advertised date. There is no facility to cancel orders using the website and if you telephone you get a recorded message telling you to email as they are currently not taking calls. I emailed asking to cancel and did not receive a reply for 7 days. After I opened a case with PayPal they replied and I was able to cancel by email. I have still not received a refund 25 days after my payment.

Ordered 21st April, now 3rd July still no delivery and no one replying to emails and trying to sort for me. First and last time I will order from here

I so wish I had read the previous reviews . The bird table which I ordered arrived broken in 2 places - the corner of the slate roof was broken and also a piece of wood on the roof. I have emailed the company and was told I would have to wait - the company had to refer to the warehouse . I have provided evidence of the damage . I have sent a second email and am still awaiting a reply - one of the worse experiences I have had for customer service.

Appalling Experience. Waited 29 working days for my delivery of a potting bench. They blatantly lied and informed me the courier had lost the consignment. Never received goods. Rubbish company which hides behind Covid 19 for its excuses. Do not buy from this outfit !

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ONLINE! Garden Furniture ordered 17th May 2020, under "Garden Street" own terms of contract they will deliver in 7 to 15 days. After taking payment they gave no communication or updates. They would not answer phone calls, blame was put on COVID 19 but emails and redirected calls can be taken working from home. June 9th no furniture no communication. They would not give us a delivery date until I complained to Pay Pal and then they gave us 16th June, nothing arrived, no communication. Complained again to Pay Pal they blamed the carriers, said their server was down because of bad weather, and gave a delivery date 22 June. Surprise, surprise no delivery, no explanation no communication. They continue to pass the blame to the carriers but never did they contact me to say there was a problem or there would be a delay, atrocious business ethics. 22 June I have had enough thank God for Pay Pal I escalated the complaint to get my money back.
