“Ordered and paid for this £500 plus bbq had to chase for where order was. Today i was told I would get an update when it would be delivered instead while out shopping in Manchester My ring door bell went off and it was a delivery man with my BBQ ! we had to cancel our day out and return to accept goods. Utter rubbish customer service”

“I ordered a palram canopia 8x12 greenhouse, before I started assembly the parts looked very flimsy, it took me 2 days to assemble, when it was built I was very pleased with the result, rock solid and looks really nice, I would definitely recommend this greenhouse, but ideally it needs 2 people to assemble, 5 star.”

“The swing seat arrived well packed, but three of the screws on the trellis were broken and several rough patches had to be sanded down. It still needs to be assembled as I want to waterproof it first….it rains a lot in Cornwall!”

“Quick delivery, looks good, kids love it If you don’t mind pre drilling everything’ and putting a thousand screws in, that’s what your getting. Other than that I’m happy .”
