“Polite over the 'phone but the delivery was not fit. The correction to errors too far too long and I was made to feel to be in the wrong by some of the responses. The item was damaged, the incorrect item was not collected without a fuss and the product was less than it was said to be. All in all, not a purchase I enjoyed although the telephone receptionist was very polite, the rest of the company let them down badly.”

“Garden Street provided a quick service, even though I received the wrong item but this was down to the delivery people, Garden Street sorted it very quickly and received my item a couple of days later. I would buy from them again.”

“Excellent communication and advice from Dave despite my numerous phone calls when trying to decide which Green house to buy!! 5 Stars for that! !😊...As yet it hasn't been built due to poor weather so can't comment on the finished article. One thing I'm def NOT happy about is having to pay £100 delivery on top of actual greenhouse price...when a few miles away get free delivery😠....No other company has charged me delivery to my location before so that felt a bit of a rip off. ..1 Star for that..😕”

“Excellent quality product. Easy to assembly. Looks great. Service from time of ordering to delivery good too. A pleasure to do business with this company. Only criticism was that the shed must have been stored in a yard outdoors and the wood was very wet from rain also there was moisture in the bag of screws and nails. Immediately dried them all out. Slight warping in some of the wood but not that anyone else would notice.”

“Very disappointed with Garden Street. Ordered a shed with a delivery window in my holiday. First delivery at very end of this window and the shed was damaged in transit so not delivered. Advised it would be delivered on the following Monday; this was after I was back at work and not in the original time frame for delivery. No contact on Monday until I called to chase up. Not going to be delivered until the next day. Got a call on the Tuesday again the shed had been damaged in transit and would not be delivered. No real attempt to do anything other than just refund my order. Complete waste of my time.”

“Fantastic service and very helpful staff. I bought the Rowlinson Garden Tool Trolley recently, which I am extremely happy with. Broke one of the wheels and they replaced no quibble and sent it immediately. Most certainly would recommend and use again. Nice to get a company that values it's customers, well done! “I was very pleased with my delivery of my greenhouse I bought a palram one Mythos decided to have the poly sheets instead of the glass as I have young children and thought it would be safer.i would recommend the product to anyone.”
