“Very disappointed with the result of my complaint. You offered to replace the shed, which was good, but, as I explained, there was no way I could dismantle the shed and send it back to you as requested. Since then, I have received no communication from you which I find quite unacceptable. In the meantime I have been in touch with Rowlinson. They did offer to send replacement parts, but, again I would have had to employ someone to do this work for me - costing me money which I don't think I should have to pay out on a brand new shed. I hope I get a reply to this message.”

“Arrived earlier than anticipated, packaged extremely well and quality is superb. Very easy to assemble. We gave it to a couple as a wedding present, they are over the moon with it. Need to add a cushion for extra comfort.”

“Re-order of rectangular box planter. Slick order entry through to delivery. When unpacked, one side panel (long side) showed the wooden laths to be insecurely held onto the steel pins that hold the side together. Gaps of up to 8 mm between laths observed on one pin. This meant the panel was distorted (top and bottom now not parallel) and the holes for the steel pins though the laths ovalled. It was a small matter to re-arrange the laths back into position with a mallet, but the oval holes meant the fit was now loose. Fortunately the end panels were firm and when all four sides were assembled the sub-standard panel was held securely. Not a big deal, but disappointing QA (yet again - see my reviews on earlier orders) given the price.”

“I have only given 4 stars as the instructions were rather vague, although all the parts were numbered to make identification simple we managed to fit the front on upside down, easily rectified but annoying. The bookcase is made of good quality real wood and has a nice solid feel to it when assembled. Excellent value for money shame about the instructions.”

“Found it a little bit difficult at first, but after reading instructions and working one step a time the job became easier. All items numbered to assist the right piece fits in the right place. Will need two person work for a day and half. Need to have knowledge of DIY. Good product and looks good.”
