I ‘m unable to rate higher as after buying the garden pod chair I was then emailed the following day to say it was out of stock. Even though I had paid for it.Not sure yet whether my money has been refunded to my card but the company says I have. So unfortunately I can’t review the product.

Poor customer service - very slow response to emails. Ended up contacting Rowlinsons directly, who provided an order update by return and followed up with the courier who provided us with an accurate delivery date. Wouldn’t use Garden Street again.

Really disappointed with the product, plastic cut badly, causing stress on lining up framework, nothing seems to slot into place, everything is forced. Takes ages to assemble, and looks awful on completion, got to buy Clear Silicon to make best of a bad design. For the money 2 stars a generous.

I was surprised to receive an email from Garden Street asking for a review when I have yet to receive an undamaged and complete product. The issue with the item is not in the workmanship but in the way it has been packaged and transported. The item ordered was a swing chair and so far I have had one delivery of a damaged seat and then approximately a week later the A frame for the seat was delivered. I have been unable to assemble the frame and seat due to some fixings being missing, including the chain that completes the swing seat. I have been assured that these issues will be rectified so perhaps I can provide a review of the product when I can actually assemble and use it. I understand that circumstances are difficult at this time, however the problems with this item are as a result of inadequate packaging and poor communication which can surely be addressed.

I waited nine weeks for my furniture. Never answered emails or returned phone calls. Where quick to take my money and slow to deliver goods.

Bought sofa set with table. Table not delivered due to damage contacted company by E mail 5 times. Recieved delivery what I thought was table but it was only table top no legs or glass. As yet no reply to e mail also asked if management could deal with issue. Hopefully they will read review and deal with issue. Very disappointed.

There was a long delay in the arrival of the plants. All arrived however one was damaged and dead but due to COVID19 I was unable to contact them and let them know. I tried through website and heard nothing, which was disappointing. The other plants are great however.

When the bin store arrived it was damaged, the delivery man was kicking it instead of lifting it. I was told to send an e-mail with photographs of the damage, haven’t heard anything since!

Everyone is experiencing having to work differently during these unprecedented times. That said it took three weeks and three separate deliveries to get one rather expensive cantilever parasol and the base. No one answered the phone, no one called me back and e-mails replies though incredibly polite were slow. Two of the 20kg base concrete blocks were damaged and overall sadly I cannot recommend garden street either on it's choice of couriers or communication in the event of difficulties.

It is insulting to request a review when we have NOT even received what we ordered. Your website gives a tel number to call. When you call that number you are told that NO calls can be taken! We have emailed you with little success. Not sure what else to do other than request a refund!

Item took long to arrive than advertised, nobody answering the phones, courier didn’t contact me to notify me of delivery date they just turned up, Polycarbonate shed is flimsy even when erected and gets blown around in the wind, you get the impression that it’s a sturdy shed when reading their write up.

To be fair my low score is in reflection to their chosen carrier. I received an email on 14th May stating my good were dispatch and would be with me 16th May, I have checked daily and it’s still sitting with the same status when tracking my delivery with Yodel. My plants will be dead when they arrive at this rate 😡. Goods ordered 2nd May and it’s now 20th and still nothing. I know these are unprecedented times, but really from my date of order to now, it should have been here by now. Not happy at all 😡😡

Bought a shed, was great other than it was missing hinges for the windows, so has two gaping big holes. Have sent 4 emails and had a telephone conversation, but still not got the promised hinges, now day 10. Hoping they arrive before something gets stolen!

Placed an order for a bench and waited to be contacted regarding delivery. 10 working days were almost up when I contacted them they then informed me they didn’t have the stock. Feels like they are taking your money, keeping it and then refunding ! Not at all impressed - Beware.
