“Not good I'm afraid . Not sure if it was the fault of the courier but we only got two parts of our order delivered and had to wait over a week for the final piece and to phone and remind them! ....Room for improvement me thinks ..”

“Excellent service, and our two items delivered well within time. The small greenhouse went together easily. Must remember in wet weather not to turn the nuts on the top windows too tight. It looks good. The other item, trellis planter we put together indoors then placing it was delayed until a dry day allowed an ancient planter to be emptied. (Our Ginger Tom sat in it and looked very at home). They blend in well with other planters we have had from Garden Street.”

“We ordered a bike store and were told it was 6-8 week delivery. After 8 weeks I emailed and they said there had been a delay and it would be another 2 weeks. After 2 further weeks I emailed again and was told it would be the following week and I’m still waiting. Appalling customer service, in future I would advise them to be honest with customers rather than make promises they don’t keep. Would never order anything from them again. Hoping there’s no delay in getting a full refund from them.”

“Items ordered weren’t delivered within the specified time frame due to a stock allocation issue. However a refund was offered or immediate delivery when new stock available. Chose to wait for stock and items were delivered earlier than anticipated. Great customer service.”

“Very happily, the Greenhouse kit arrived well before its expected delivery date, was in good order and optimised packaging. The polycarbonate panels are flimsier than expected but, once fully positioned, will no doubt prove quite as durable as flat sheet panes would be. So far everything has been relatively simple & straightforward to fit, though following the instruction book has been an interesting experience! Altogether, we're delighted with the purchase, and can't wait to finish erecting it, and putting it to use ready for over-wintering our plants.”

“Well what can I say. Ordered a summer house early September and waiting until 9th November to get it. Next door neighbour ordered same summer house from Screwfix last week and it was with her within 4working days. They've asked me to review it yet I haven't got it yet.....hence the curt review.”
