“Excellent service and product (all year round polycarbonate roof gazebo). Ordered late on Thursday, arrived securely packaged Tuesday morning. No parts. missing but instructions could have been clearer. Took approximately 4 hours to put together (2 people). Looks fantastic on the caravan decking!”

“Delivery arrived on the day advised but no phone call saying time. Driver tried very hard to unload bulk bags where I wanted them but he could not manage to get the pallet lift across my gravel drive. Consequently I have now to move 2 tons of material across my drive by hand!”

“Ordered a garden gate and it said 7-14 days delIvery which is absolutely fine but since I’ve bought it I’ve not had any communication at l regarding potential delivery date which means I can’t arrange fitting. I’m hoping I will get some communication & it’s not going to just arrive when I am not at home!”
