“Garden Street took my order and payment without problem. The transaction was marred (albeit only slightly) by the lack of fixings (nails, screws etc), which arrived a couple of days after I telephoned to inform you of the missing items. It is a shame you really spoilt the whole thing by mis-spelling my surname on your e-mail requesting a review. Graham Newbury”

“Cannot fault them, superb service from start to finish. Placed an order for turf on Tuesday night, customer service rang day after to book the delivery. The turf has been delivered in 5 days. Well priced. Highly recommended!”

“There is nothing wrong with the quality, but not happy the fixing for the arch is only for onto a solid base. Might be I read the description wrong? And made the assumption it could be fixed into grass/earth too. So now we have to contrive someway of fixing into the ground.”

“The item a garden door/gate is good as was the price. However the delivery was not of the same standard. Ok it was free delivery but that came at a price. I tracked it as on the van and out in cambridge by 8am. Feeling confident it would arrive soonish i took the morning off. But the offer of a 11 hour delivery window came good after 8 and a half hours traveling and delivering around Cambridge (supposedly) I finally got the item at 4.30pm. So a whole day off work. Cambridge is not that big and their van not that big either. I would aviod that scenario again.”

“Item arrived well packed and undamaged. There is no need for pre drilled holes easy to assemble by one person, clear and easy to understand instructions. I finished it off with clear varnish. Good value for money decided to buy another one.”

“Very good service. The awning arrived 3 days after ordering, although I did not receive any dispatched or delivery information. Easy to install if you are good at DIY and it looks great and does works very well. Very easy to wind out the awning, harder to wind back in. Should have brought it sooner, but was hesitant at the very reasonable price, but product exceptionally good for the price!”

“I purchased the Rowlinson Tall Plastic Utility Store. I ordered on a Sunday evening, on Tuesday morning I had a phone call to arrange delivery and on Thursday it arrived in good condition. The installation was a bit trickier than I'd expected and I used some masking tape to hold the side and rear sections in place during the assembly process because they didn't always stay perfectly in place, but it's all done now. I had wanted a wider and deeper unit but I couldn't find anything on line that was was bigger, but also as sturdy as this one.”

“I was very impressed with Customer Services when I made an enquiry before purchase. The shed arrived in DOUBLE QUICK TIME - three days after ordering! The base also arrived earlier the same day. None of the items have been unpacked yet as I am waiting for a friend to prepare the ground, lay the base and erect the shed. But I was advised on the phone that, if anything is amiss when unpacked, they will be replaced. Now THAT is what I call good service.”
