“some errors made by agent takin order but it was resolved. have had more problems with Shire who the order is coming from...mussed delivery and mixed messages from there staff”

“Very pleased with my purchase. It was delivered very quickly and by a very helpful driver. When I telephoned to make an enquiry before I made the purchase the rep was very polite and although she couldn't answer my question immediately, she phoned back with the relevant information. This was one of the reasons I chose Garden Street. I also thought your price was very reasonable”

“Sorry,can't write a full review, as the item I ordered was subsequently found to be discontinued. On searching online for a replacement item I found that most of the alternative choices seem to have been removed? In fairness I was informed asap and am awaiting a refund.”

“I ordered a 3.5m Greenhurst Awning from Garden Street. It was approx. 10% cheaper than ordering direct from the wholesaler (Gablemere Ltd). However, I contacted the wholesaler to answer the detailed technical questions I had for the product - I required an awning capable of a pitch adjustment to horizontal (Most awnings are not capable of this and can only go to a minimum of 15 degree angle, such as Primrose awnings, which compromises headroom when extended). The Greenhurst awning was delivered promptly direct from the wholesaler, although the payment was made to Garden Street. No issues with delivery or the product.”
