“Loved it. Got compliments at my bbq for the fire pit. Looks lovely and easy to clean. The only this is that it's very light would have liked it to be a bit heavier but love it none the less.”

“I was very pleased with the product delivered by Garden Street. However, I was disappointed that it was delivered on a pallet using an 18 tonne lorry. It was a struggle to get the lorry into my drive. It was a struggle for the guy to get the pallet off the lorry. I think in future it would be better for me to order from some-one who can deliver using a grab lorry.”

“Garden Street took my order and payment without problem. The transaction was marred (albeit only slightly) by the lack of fixings (nails, screws etc), which arrived a couple of days after I telephoned to inform you of the missing items. It is a shame you really spoilt the whole thing by mis-spelling my surname on your e-mail requesting a review. Graham Newbury”

“The item a garden door/gate is good as was the price. However the delivery was not of the same standard. Ok it was free delivery but that came at a price. I tracked it as on the van and out in cambridge by 8am. Feeling confident it would arrive soonish i took the morning off. But the offer of a 11 hour delivery window came good after 8 and a half hours traveling and delivering around Cambridge (supposedly) I finally got the item at 4.30pm. So a whole day off work. Cambridge is not that big and their van not that big either. I would aviod that scenario again.”

“I purchased the Rowlinson Tall Plastic Utility Store. I ordered on a Sunday evening, on Tuesday morning I had a phone call to arrange delivery and on Thursday it arrived in good condition. The installation was a bit trickier than I'd expected and I used some masking tape to hold the side and rear sections in place during the assembly process because they didn't always stay perfectly in place, but it's all done now. I had wanted a wider and deeper unit but I couldn't find anything on line that was was bigger, but also as sturdy as this one.”

“Delivery was a day late... However communication was good. There were 2 screws missing but I managed to replace them. Re: canopy/roof... I would prefer a grey colour and have written to ask if this colour is available to purchase... I am very happy with the gazebo overall and had a blast erecting it myself with a little help from my partner.”

“Arrived as advised. Driver was super helpful and patient. Partner and I put together with instructions fairly easily. One part, (lower door panel) was split, but not completely snapped, where staple had gone in. It must have been a weak spot but we didn’t think it would effect overall integrity, so wood glued it and continued to put up. Final baton did not slip under roof as other side had, but just chopped off! Nearly all ok, 2 defects but nothing major and really pleased with overall looks, size and sturdiness.”

“Delivery arrived on the day advised but no phone call saying time. Driver tried very hard to unload bulk bags where I wanted them but he could not manage to get the pallet lift across my gravel drive. Consequently I have now to move 2 tons of material across my drive by hand!”
