“Ordered a wooden bin and recycling bin storage unit. Arrived quite quickly and was made of good quality wood. Quite easy to assemble but took a few hours to do”

“Order process on line good and paid for express delivery ..... delivery frustrated by failure to give courier correct full address and took two attempts before delivery .... part redeemed by phone call when Garden Street admitted their failure and corrected”

“Process up until delivery was great. Delivery not so partly my fault as hadn’t read in email it was to be delivered to front of house and I just asked the chap if he could bring down drive to just inside back garden which he started to do and then said after putting one panel in I not to do this - you should read your email! I then asked my son to help him as was quite take.n aback by the way he said it to me. Lesson learned!”

“Delivery great. After sales support ( Hinges missing) great but please remove me from your follow up marketing drives. I would be wary of recommending you to friends in view of the number of unsolicited calls touting for trade as a result of my original order.”

“Delivery and packaging was good. The 1500mm Palram Aquila Door Canopy was the best price than competitors and the only 1500mm I only found on the market. Would certainly buy again. Did serve my purpose.”

“Pleased with the bird table. It looks very nice. The only issue is the delivery. Top and base arrived on separate days. However, all is well now that they are together.”

“Had to wait longer than I expected because I didn't know the item, a small fan heater, was out of stock when I ordered. I had a quick response to my email telling me the new stock was coming in and when I could expect delivery. The fan heater arrived as indicated. The customer service was good and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Garden Street again”

“Overall very happy with service. A shorter estimated delivery slot would be great if possible, perhaps even an AM or PM rather than a whole slot. Apart from that, very happy with delivery speed, confirming date, packaging and product”
