“Product delivered incomplete so refused to accept. Phoned company who looked into what had happened and I received delivery the next day. Customer service polite and helpful and very pleased with the product.”

“Ordered an arbor but no delivery. Latest news is they don't know where the arbor is. Cancelled the order as three times having to chase the delivery is enough. I suggest to change the delivery company to a more reliable one.”

“I would never buy a plastic lamp again the top holder was broke so I had to glue it together and the pole would not come apart it had to be forced all together not very good”

“Garden Street was exceptionally good at responding to queries and providing information. When I wanted to return part of my goods (one tier of the multi tier water butt) they helped arrange this and promptly refunded me. I would highly recommend them.”

“The product I purchased is very good quality and I have no problem with that. It is the delivery and subsequent follow up that was poor. I didn’t hear anything for 2 weeks after purchase so I telephoned to be told the dispatch company would contact me. This they did a couple of days later and we arranged delivery. On the day of delivery only part of my order came. I rang Garden Street and explained I needed the table for the next day as we had a party arranged. Lady I spoke to was helpful and said they should be able to re send it in time. I was then contacted by manufacturer who said it would take up to 48 hours to locate the table. On Sunday I got a text to say table would be delivered Monday between 9 and 11. Did not arrive so I had to chase up. Driver problems and it finally arrived at 2.30pm. Just poor follow up customer service from Garden Street.”

“Rowlinson Plastic Tall Utility Store Product Code: MOC11811 Customer Service from Garden Street was very good. However, the product was found to be damaged on arrival (Door Cracked). Garden Street quickly arranged for a repalcement door to be sent. However, on trying to assemble the item, it was very poorly made and did not fit together and the plastic parts kept popping apart!! I decided it was not fit for purpose and requested that it be collected and money refunded. Garden Street were very efficient in collecting the item and refunding money. But the item was terrible. I suggest that they remove tis from their website.”

“Superb customer service all the way, from the beginning had questions about the product and they too the time to phone the manufacturer and come back to me. Whole ordering process was easy and booking delivery simple. Product was delivered on time and in perfect condition. Excellent value for money and has made a beautiful workshop for us, would highly recommend.”

“I read the negative reviews bit decided to give them a chance (as the fence panels I wanted were 30pct less that anywhere else). I couldn't have been happier - they arrived 3 days later and the quality is percectly good. Thanks!”
