“I purchased a summer house and green house, unfortunately the summer house did not fit the area it was intended to fit it came as a square and not a corner house the item was returned and a full refund given i would have no problem using Garden Street again”

“my online order of a mini wooden greenhouse went without a hitch, delivery time was prompt. The package had received a battering but the contents were so well protected that nothing was damaged. So pleased at the ease of putting it together, even the hinges were in place. A very happy customer”

“After 2 weeks, I am still waiting for the missing parts to arrive. Phoned twice, greeted very well on both occasions, but still no parts. As such, the shed is incomplete and therefore useless. I have to arranged for the tradesman to come back and complete at an additional charge. Whilst I accept these things happen, and the issue lies with the supplier & its chosen courier, my contract of goods is with Garden Street. Contract of sale will be terminated, and GS can arrange for the collection.”

“For the product I was wanting, Garden Street were the cheapest but also had the colour and wheel option I wanted but couldn't find elsewhere. Delivery took a while, but as I opted for free delivery I was expecting that anyway. Only compared price with product I wanted, but would definitely check out their prices for future purchases”

“We ordered a greenhouse but none in stock so given a larger one for same price. Delivery man really polite. Putting it together was a challenge as no written instructions just pictures. You have to be really methodical. Good sturdy build.”

“The service was good with a phone call to discuss delivery but the packaging wasn't substantial enough and the box was quite damaged. Luckily the bird table wasn't but you definitely need to package them better – stronger cardboard and bubble wrap perhaps.”

“Person I spoke to at Garden Street was very helpful but still not received goods ordered on 27 November with delivery within 3 to 7 days. Subsequent call to Garden Street last week I was informed that item was out of stock with supplier due in at the end of last week and still nothing. Would not order from Garden Street again Maureen Humphreys”
