“Excellent customer service received - item received 'gazebo' was just as described. Best value item cost me over £80 cheaper than other garden centres. Delivery was prompt and delivery man very polite and helpful nothing was too much trouble - he placed the item in a safe place for me although he didn't have to. Extremely helpful - would definitely recommend to others and will use this company and delivery service again!!”

“I ordered the Rowlinson bin store on 6 January and received a text from Rowlinson on 9 January saying that the carrier would contact in the next few days. By 18 January I had heard nothing (so much for a few days) and getting a bit fed up as I wished to get on with the project I contacted Garden Street (Natalie). I was only then contacted by the carrier with a delivery date of 24 January, some 20 days after placing the order. So thank you to Natalie for waking someone up and to the DB delivery driver who was excellent.”
