“Shed ordered 15th May with 10-20 working day delivery scheduled. Just found out (i have had to chase twice as they don't respond) that it will be delivered week commencing 19th July - TWO MONTHS LATER?!?! They have offered to refund the purchase but i installed the shed base to fit already. I wouldn't use this company, misleading delivery times on website, dreadful response time on customer orders and they have made no effort to expedite delivery even though they are around 8 weeks late. Only question, why cant i rate zero stars??”

“From reading the reviews, It seems as if delayed delivery is an issue with this company. Order for a shed placed on 16 April 2021. At that stage, I was notified that the product would be 'released' on 29th April 2021, and I could expect 3-5 Working Days Delivery. I had building work scheduled based on this promise. Today is 8 June 2021 and the shed still has not arrived! I have been told it is because of shipping delays on the supplier's side. I had one call from their supplier at the end of April saying the delivery would be delayed. Then nothing. I have emailed Garden Street several times for updates. They write nice emails and make it sound like it is not their fault, and they keep offering a refund if I want it. But I got a good deal so I don't want a refund - they know that. I want the item that I purchased, which is now six weeks overdue and with enormous inconvenience. Why should I have to keep chasing them? I don't even have their supplier's contact details. I asked Garden Street for a discount voucher for the inconvenience and have been told to contact them when I see something else I want to buy. Frankly, they should give me a discount on this item that I purchased in good faith.”

“Item delivered on time, well packaged making the service very good. Instructions included are adequate but from the advert (from which I ordered), the fixing height of the verandah was not specified. The positioning of the item (in my case) occurs below a single storey eaves at a height of 2400mm but the instructions within the package state a minimum of 2600mm. I will therefore have a reduced pitch which is fine so long as we don't have heavy snow fall.”

“The packaging was opened and the screws were missing.. Although contacted immediately we are still waiting for the screws and the wood was warping so we had to buy our own which was frustrating as specific sizes and lengths are needed. Garden Street are not to blame for theft but the inability to replace screws quickly made it much harder to assemble and it is wonky. This was our second purchase and they do look nice”

“Ordered 1st May for stock due 17th then moved to 31st advised delivery 15-20 working days checked again today and still no stock, no one keeps you updated have to chase them it’s really poor service”
