“Money taken and after nearly 2 wks was informed they did not have the goods. Should not have taken money if no goods. They did refund but will not shop there ever again.”

“The product ordered is fine, exactly what we wanted, slight issue with advertising 5/10 days delivery when it wasn’t in stock, they did notify me, but still a bit annoying as took 4/5 weeks.”

“Not received goods on agreed delivery date and despite many phone calls no revised date, so would like to now cancel, hope this doesn’t become a difficult process as the service so far has been very disappointing”

“The item I bought is fine, although some minor manufacturing errors. Main concern was that website gave a 5-10 day delivery slot, but when I emailed I was told it was 14 - 28 day delivery.”

“Customer service responses are polite so i've given 2 stars in line with the rating that Garden Street ask us to use. However I would prefer to give 1 star. The rest of the service is very poor. Items were in stock at point of ordering with max 28 day delivery time. Ordered early May. Repeated communications and questions, order moved to "dispatched" status but have been told today that the items are not in stock or available due to a stock 'misallocation' and that the delivery timeframe is indefinite. Refund offered which i have taken up. Fundamentally not a good enough service and over a month wasted on our garden project.”

“Item arrived damaged had to call 6 times before any thing got done, told we will sort it out and call or email you, they never do, eventually got money back, very poor customer service.”
