I bought a 5x3 meter cabin with side shed from Garden Street, the ordering and delivery was very good and on time and a very helpful delivery driver. Once I started erecting my cabin I realised why it was the cheapest end of the market. The instructions were awful part numbers did not match the instruction details, the bearers that I was sent were the wrong size which made the base shorter than the shed itself (so a trip to B and q to rectify the problem). The pre made part were put together in a very shoddy manner with no attention to detail, I ended up dismantling some of them and remaking them as they just did not work. I was under the impression that the shed was part of the cabin but it was an addition that had different size bearers therefore did not match the height of the shed (Another trip to b and q to rectify) so without correcting the roof would not line up with shed roof. I then started to fit the doors well there w as no change there , they were warped very badly a made and a very poor finish to the front of the cabin. I did email Garden Street a number of times with photos who said they would look into it Still Waiting!! I have now completed the cabin and it does look very nice but this is only due to the fact that I used a great deal of initiative and a number of trips to B and Q. Would I recommend this product to a friend, certainly not I would suggest they pay a little more and get a quality product that was made with more care and with a customer service department that has some interest in their product and customers.
