“Good quality product which will last for many years. Do recommend the tops are joined together with a brass bolt and timber legs are used to support the weight when both open. Also added a brass bolt at the top of the front door to keep them shut. One leaf had a tendency to open at the top due to a light defection in the timber frame. Ideal for the DIY.”

“Very happy. This was a gift for my friend who loved to braai. This lets her do it in all weathers. It’s was easy to put up with clear instructions. Considering it’s so light we were impressed how sturdy it is. We added lights to really make it special”

“Ok, so for the customer service I’ve given 5 stars, I had an issue and they sorted it and given the restrictions of COVID in good time. The product however is not the best and I feel this is because they are not using seasoned timber to build frames and panels. Warped doors and windows are a major issue and whilst they sorted the windows the doors are now the problem. I will plane a little off the bottom and they will stop sticking. I know the item was only cheap and I should not expect much but I’ll be dammed if I should have to rebuild something to get it to work properly. Don’t let this put you off.”

“Had to wait for lattice for round arch as out of stock. Delivered during estimated delivery date. Found instructions totally confusing as to fixing the lattice. Horizontal bars showed different positioning for round arch on 3 separate Agriframe website pictures. Not Garden Street problem though but thought it worth mentioning. Good delivery service from Garden Street, thank you.”

“the mini greenhouse arrived quickly and in good condition - only given 4 stars as I did not get the email advising me the item had been dispatched and an expected delivery date as was stated when I ordered. Howerver - it did come within 7 working days, and was well packaged.”

“Pleased with my planters. Had an issue with 2 pieces of my planters, which have been replaced. Could not give 5 stars as replacements took several weeks to arrange due to no telephone contact and email response very slow each time”

“After some initial issues with delivery delays and damaged product, this was then put right with no fuss by Customer Service. A new part was dispatched immediately and we are very happy with the final assembled product (garden bench). We would shop at Garden Street again.”
