“Ordered a bench from Garden Street, order dispatched and reached us very promptly, bench is of good quality, good value for money, easy to put together but as instructed, you do need two people and to follow the instructions, very happy with the service and product”

“Very pleased with product. Fairly straight forward to put together if you're used to flat pack furniture as instructions were basic. Was delivered fairly quickly although we weren't notified of delivery date so lucky we were at home.”

“Happy with item and Garden Street. Could not say the same about the courier service. They were to call me when delivery was due and they left my parcel down the side of the house exposed to everyone. I do not pay nearly 300 pound for an item yo be left at the side of the house!!”

“Garden Street were very good and had stock when others did not. I bought a Palgram greenhouse which is good apart from a window issue, seems to fly off even in low wind”

“Ordered 2 packs of wooden log rolls, (4 log rolls in total)really happy with quality. Needed to order 1 more pack (2 rolls)it worked out a lot more expensive per pack which was annoying, however delivery was free. During Covid we expected deliveries to be slow, the first one was but the second was really fast. Would buy from Garden Street again.”

“Pleased with purchase. Arrived quite quickly. Only problem was, leg broken on one of the chairs, but after a phone call to Customer Services (spoke with an extremely helpful lady) this was replaced and sent to me very promptly Angela London”

“Attractive to look at. Would have liked it a little more waterproof for storage. Fitting with instructions not as easy for someone not familiar with diy as some bits needed tweets to fit . Having said that Avery nice item for the money.”

“We ordered a sapphire apex metal shed on 23 April and it was shown as in stock. However, we didnt receive it until 25 July 2020. We couldnt speak to anybody so had to rely on emails. They always replied to us but we had to chase. The shed was offered at a great price and is supplied by another company. Garden Street always offered to let us cancel and have a refund because of the delay. These sheds are really popular and are imported hence the delay. We are in difficult times and although it took a long time to arrive the product is excellent. A very detailed manual is provided to help installation.”
