Having placed my order on the 3rd February as of 15th February still haven't received my order. I can't get a response on any of the telephone numbers provided and if I don't get the delivery by tomorrow I will cancel the credit card payment and report Sixty Store to the Regulatory Authorities. I ordered A Patio Heater cover Friday 5th February As of today I have not received the goods nor recieved a reply to my email chasing delivery I have tried ringing number on website - unknown number I have rung the office landline number - rings for over 90 seconds. Will NEVER buy from here again. Either deliver goods - or refund ASAP

How can I give a rewiew when I had to contact you about my order I have not received yet ordered on 3rd it's 13th now still do not have my order

I ordered 6 items from this company. All items were shown as in stock on their site, but after waiting for a week I called them to find out where my order was. I was told that two of the items were in stock and 4 were not. They sent the two items to me and promised the others would follow shortly. Another 3 weeks later and I still hadnt heard from them so called again. Was told that they weren't sure if they had them in stock but would contact the warehouse to find out and get back to me asap. Nobody called. Again a week later I called and was told that they would find out asap what the delay was. 2 hours later I still hadn't heard from them so called back. The chap on the phone had clearly not done a thing about my original call in th morning, but went off to check with the warehouse. He confirmed that they still didnt have the covers in stock but they had had them in stock over the previous 5 weeks, however as I my order consisted of multiple items (two of each type of cover) and they couldnt complete it in full they had decided to not send anything, and instead gave the covers to other customers who ordered after me. So after 5 weeks of waiting, having no emails or phone calls to tell me they couldn't supply me my order I had to cancel. Currently they still have £119 of my money which I'm waiting for them to (hopefully) refund. I just hope the accounts department is not run by the same people in the sales/warehouse department. Awful customer service, will not use again. Advise to go elsewhere.

My order (#2240) took far too long to arrive from placing the order online. After a week or so I used the online facility to contact you reference my item. It took until the following day to get a reply. If there is a problem with a customer's order then I suggest you have the decency to contact them and explain why there is such a long delay. You are quick to take the money, therefore you should be equally as quick to despatch the ordered goods. For example, 3 months ago I ordered a golf trolley and bag from hotgolf.co.uk. My items arrived the following day. Now that is how to run an online service. Feel free to contact them on how they achieve their goals. In short, I was extremely disappointed with your service, therefore I will not be a returning customer.

Lot's of issues returning a faulty item and not very helpful during the process. Good job I was aware of the legality of returning faulty items. Full refund and postage all credited back, but would not use them again.

I ordered furniture covers on 3rd of June to be delivered on 5th June. They did not arrive, I telephoned the company and was told they were out of stock and I probably won't receive them until Thursday 12th of June. Despite leaving all my contact details I was never contacted by the company to inform me of the stock problem. Not good from a company boasting next day delivery if ordered before 3pm. I am still waiting.

I ordered my garden cover on Saturday 24th May. I'm still waiting for my order to arrive today being Thursday 29th.The advert did say 24 hr delivery. This was why I placed the order. I will not be recommending this company.

I am very disappointed with the service so far, I ordered a 6 seater garden table cover and garden heater cover which both were advertised as a next day delivery, nearly 2 weeks later still no sign of the covers, to make matters worse I spoke to a lady over a week ago and told they would be in stock last Monday and delivered next day, it's now Saturday and nothing.

I am unhappy about the delivery method. I was not told I needed to sign for the goods....and received a text advising me delivery wil be between 7.30 am-5.30 pm. I missed the delivery as I couldn't stay in the whole of this time frame and when I got back I rang to arrange delivery again and am told that on the day a 2 hour window had been allocated. I was not updated ! so wasn't aware of this. I have rearranged for Monday but am unable to be given a time frame even though I rang and spoke to an operative. I have to go online after 8.30 on Monday....even though I have to be able to sign from 7.30 am....to find out my 2 hour time frame................What happens if I am at work during this 2 hour slot that is being dictated to me.....................I will NOT be driving 40 minutes to collect this from Crawley, I will if need be let the goods be returned to you and re buy elsewhere. I paid postage to you in good faith, and this is far from convenient and completely inflexible.

Order #1067 Considering I made my order on the 19th October and still currently waiting I find it strange you would ask for a review. If nothing else you did manage to call me and let me know you still had no confirmed date that I would receive my table cover. As a first time user on this site what would you rate yourselves if you were I the same situation?
