I bought a cube table patio cover in May 2020 from the deluxe range. (55 weeks ago) Yesterday having removed the cover since the October 2020 I discovered that it had become extremely brittle and started to rip in several places which in my hands. I've contacted Garden Furniture who are unable or unwillong to help as it is out of Warranty by 3 weeks! The damage to the cover hasn't occurred in the last 3 weeks. My advice is to buy elsewhere or buy the cheaper plastic option with a view to replacing it annually. This is not a quality product as described but more of a consumable.

This review is being left 12 months after purchase. The initial order and delivery experience was as expectations - nothing out of the ordinary e.g. you order, they process it arrives a few days later. Unfortunately the product and aftercare are equal as poor with little regard on follow-up. Having purchase 3 large covers during the 12 month period all covers had weathered thin and either let water in (spoiling my covers underneath) or ripped. While I don't expect these products to last forever I certainly expect them to last a full set of annual weather cycles or more. The customer care was shocking. Had to chase them twice, received a response which was far off tough S**t, despite asking for follow-up dialogue. Radio silence! Much happier with my Amazon purchase with outstanding support/aftercare. Don't waste your money here on these products.

Really disappointed. Bought a large cover for garden furniture in June. 5 months later and only 1 month into winter and it has already ripped completely along two different seams and is only fit for the bin. Dreadful quality - would never have bought it if I had know it would only survive a few weeks of winter !

I found the website clear, informative and easy to navigate. The goods arrived by courier within a day of placing the order. Quality was as anticipated perfect for covering a patio table which is not fully exposed to the elements. I would recommend this product.

Looking at the website, Garden Furniture Covers had the perfect size for my cube rattan set. I ordered it and it arrived with no issue. Since using and finding that the rain comes in, I have asked for a refund as it is not waterproof as stated for Deluxe version. Customer Services tell me I should use raise the cover but with no other specific information with what or how. There is no 'pooling' and I do not have high back chairs that would effect the cover. This is NOT waterproof. Do not buy it for your cube rattan furniture.

So far, only half my order has been delivered, hence only 1 star. Updated 13.03.2020. Gemma responded immediately to my telephone complaint and ensure that the remaining garden furniture covers were dispatched & received within a couple of days. Thank you, Gemma! On a general note, they appear to be of good quality, albeit a little larger than is needed for our stacking chairs, so I will store these last two for use in the future

Bought a cover for our outdoor dining area. Cover fitted perfectly and looked good. However, after a stormy night the cover ripped in half! I contacted them about this and after about 5 emails and sending them photos, and a few slightly unfriendly questions, they eventually said that their warranty doesn't cover items for weather damage........... Their weather-proofing covers, aren't covered under the warranty, for weather damage. You couldn't make it up.

Placed and paid for at the end of October. Had to contact company two weeks later to ask where my order was. Told me new stock would be arriving before the end of the year, I was prepared to wait for my order. 3 weeks later I received an email to tell me stock won't arrive until end of January. Very poor and immediately requested a refund. Would never recommend this shop to anyone. Very disappointed.

Ordered product on 4th July, received email confirming order. Emailed them two weeks later after hearing nothing about the progress of the order. After a further 5 days of hearing nothing in response to my email I tried to email again, but their website wouldn't process any of my five attempts to contact them. Their website states they provide great customer service and quick delivery, but unfortunately I am yet to witness any evidence of this. They have my money, but I have neither the product or any updates from them.

When you first received our cover it was great, fast delivery, excellent fit and 100% waterproof ( at this stage I would have given it 5 stars) however after only 4 months we have had significant colour change, severely faded and with this the cover had gone extremely brittle and torn badly in several places! We went for the deluxe range that was uv protected and waterproof thinking the material would be better quality and keep our garden sofa covered and protected, however now with the tears this will not be possible. For £69.99 we always were careful when placing the cover on and off and stored it properly when not in use during the day, We thought the quality would be better and last longer then this. Such a shame!

You are paying more for your purchase by the time you get to speak to someone 0845 number you are paying more there is not company's who do this

I ordered 6 items from this company. All items were shown as in stock on their site, but after waiting for a week I called them to find out where my order was. I was told that two of the items were in stock and 4 were not. They sent the two items to me and promised the others would follow shortly. Another 3 weeks later and I still hadnt heard from them so called again. Was told that they weren't sure if they had them in stock but would contact the warehouse to find out and get back to me asap. Nobody called. Again a week later I called and was told that they would find out asap what the delay was. 2 hours later I still hadn't heard from them so called back. The chap on the phone had clearly not done a thing about my original call in th morning, but went off to check with the warehouse. He confirmed that they still didnt have the covers in stock but they had had them in stock over the previous 5 weeks, however as I my order consisted of multiple items (two of each type of cover) and they couldnt complete it in full they had decided to not send anything, and instead gave the covers to other customers who ordered after me. So after 5 weeks of waiting, having no emails or phone calls to tell me they couldn't supply me my order I had to cancel. Currently they still have £119 of my money which I'm waiting for them to (hopefully) refund. I just hope the accounts department is not run by the same people in the sales/warehouse department. Awful customer service, will not use again. Advise to go elsewhere.

My order (#2240) took far too long to arrive from placing the order online. After a week or so I used the online facility to contact you reference my item. It took until the following day to get a reply. If there is a problem with a customer's order then I suggest you have the decency to contact them and explain why there is such a long delay. You are quick to take the money, therefore you should be equally as quick to despatch the ordered goods. For example, 3 months ago I ordered a golf trolley and bag from hotgolf.co.uk. My items arrived the following day. Now that is how to run an online service. Feel free to contact them on how they achieve their goals. In short, I was extremely disappointed with your service, therefore I will not be a returning customer.

Lot's of issues returning a faulty item and not very helpful during the process. Good job I was aware of the legality of returning faulty items. Full refund and postage all credited back, but would not use them again.

They did not arrive, I telephoned the company and was told they were out of stock and I probably won't receive them until Thursday 12th of June. Despite leaving all my contact details I was never contacted by the company to inform me of the stock problem. Not good from a company boasting next day delivery if ordered before 3pm. I am still waiting.

I ordered my garden cover on Saturday 24th May. I'm still waiting for my order to arrive today being Thursday 29th.The advert did say 24 hr delivery. This was why I placed the order. I will not be recommending this company.
