I have yet to receive my order which was supposed to be here on 25 September so it's rather stupid of you to ask me to write a review when i haven;t even received my purchase.

Ordered goods on 9th Sept not yet received!!! No email or call to advise me have had to call today to be told they are out of stock feel order should not have been accepted if goods not available feel very disappointed over this shopping experience asked if they could notify me via email when goods dispatched to be told no they do not normally do that!! Would not have placed order if I knew they were out of stock will not use this company again!!

Covers not received. Phoned once and promised they would be despatched shortly. Now unable to contact on phone. Very poor service indeed. Avoid

Still waiting for the item to arrive! When phoning sixty.co.uk they don't pick up the phone. Have instructed my bank to claim the money back.

Cover ordered on 8 Aug 17. It is now 17 Aug 17 and no sign of cover. Hence, so far the system is 'UNFIT FOR PUROSE'!

I placed an order, you took my money... nothing arrived for a week. I phoned you up to see where my delivery was, only to be told it was out of stock when I made the purchase and a refund had been given. Where was the communication?!? Shame, as this would have been great, but sadly I'll have to buy elsewhere now.

I read the bad reviews on other sites but decided to take a punt on this company as they offered the best price for the cover I wanted, and appeared to have good reviews Item showed in stock so I ordered with next day delivery. Had an email saying the item had been dispatched on Monday. I had a tracking number so looked on couriers website...It had details of consignment but no tracking data. My money had been taken and left it a few days to see if it would arrive..NO it didn't. I sent and email but didn't get a response so phone the next day. I got told (by a nice lady) that the item was not instock and her colleague had sent me an email yesterday to tell me. I never received it and considering I was allowed to purchase an item that categorically was not in stock I don't believe them. They issued a refund but advertising an item as instock and allowing the transaction and taking payment when it is actually out of stock violates the Long Distance selling regulations.AVOID..I wish I had!!

When I placed my order i had an email response advising that as one item was out of stock I would receive two packages. A few days later I had heard nothing so called to be told my order would be despatched the following day without the out of stock item. A further two days later I still had not received anything so called again to be told that you would not send two packages due to cost and that nothing would be sent unless I cancelled the out of stock item. So I cancelled the out of stock item (still waiting for refund). I then finally received my package this morning, opened it to find that you had sent a round cover rather than the rectangle one ordered!

Purchased patio furniture covers in April 2016 and 13 months later they are leaking and are very faded. Quality is extremely poor and whilst the goods looked fine when they first arrived they clearly are not designed to withstand even 1 year of normal UK weather. Very shoddy products and poor service - company refused to consider a refund as they only provide a 12 month warranty - but they did suggest I might like to purchase another set of their inferior products so that I could at least have a new 12 month warranty!! They appeared to believe that purchasing more of something that you are complaining about is good customer service. Avoid like the plague!!

Still waiting for my order for over a week, .apparently out of stock . When ordered I was told it was in stock with next day delivery . No information from company , having to chase them. I would not order from them again , other companies are way more efficient.

Sent wrong item then expected me to pay to send it back or pay £5 to keep it! Sid that was their policy but after ' discussion', they agreed to pick up and replace.

Ordered my 2 garden chair covers on 15th April and still not received them. Despite having emailed twice have had no response whatsoever! No covers and no refund. As such would not recommend this company.

We have only had the cover for ten weeks and it has rips all over it. We went on holiday for 4 weeks so it was not taken off and it has probably only been off and on 6 times, so unfortunately it has been a complete waste of money.
